DYMND is a growing company in the sales and marketing industry. The people working here are young, enthusiastic, motivated and hard working individuals who seem to want more then the average joe. Working hours can be long if growth in the company is something you want and you’ll be expected to put in the required work to do so.

Called me while I was at work - they must have found my resume on ziprecruiter (I'm in engineering consulting but have sales experience). The woman on the phone was very pushy and resistant to questions regarding what the position or company actually was, just wanted to ask when I was available to start etc. When it finally became clear that they were hiring for a door to door sales position and had no idea what I do or what my qualifications were I made it clear I was in no way interested. At this point she made some inane passive aggressive comment about me wanting to stay in engineering and I hung up. Absolutely pathetic HR/recruiting tactics and after that experience I wouldn't want a thing to do with this cringey company.

If you want to be SNOOKERED and DISAPPOINTED look no further.I was so excited to have DYMND contact me about booking an interview, the job posting I had applied for was for a art/creative directer" position on indeed. I researched the company and they seemed to be a promising start up biz run by enthusiastic young entrepreneurs. I had an initial interview which was very positive

I have not worked with Dymnd yet, but looking at the company philosophy, values and striving to empower people while increasing their clients sales, made me comfortable to approach them and find out what they offer. The way Dymin handles reviews here, only show his dedication to success

The phone call I got from them was not upfront and clear.I asked the receptionist if it was door to door sales and she just redirected the question to “it’s just selling services to different companies”. Lol She could have just said door to door,why avoid the question and beat around the bush? She also wanted to force me to do an interview later in a day even when I told her I was busy that same day,so she figured I could come in at the end of the day,when I told her I could come in on another day I was free,but she kept insisting on an interview the same day I was busy with other appointments.So unprofessional. That made me not want to proceed with the job.If a job is basically begging you to come to an interview it might mean they have a bad turn over rate lolAnyway 1 star for effort.

After several interviews with various companies, I wasn't sure where I would fit in and what I would enjoy. After my first and second round interviews at DYMND, I instantly knew that this place would be somewhere where I could truly use my people skills and high energy to my advantage. Since I started working here, I've realized this job is a lot of hard work, a lot of hours and there are a lot of high expectations for the agents to achieve success. That being said, I've never looked at these things as negative, because these conditions have taught me so many different skills and have really bumped up my work ethic. The team is so supportive and is there to help as well as push you every step of the way. Every day I face new challenges in this job, and at the end of the day, the rewards are well worth the effort and time. If you're willing to put in the work, you'll find yourself growing as a person and gaining skills that are transferable to so many different areas in life. This is truly a people helping people business where you work hard but also have a lot of fun. If you're up for a challenge, and want to be in charge of your own results, this is a place you should seriously consider working at.

Negative experience. They are good at sales and teach you alot but like any good used car salesman they lie and manipulate so if your fine working for a pyramid scheme while pretending to care about people then you may do very well!

I worked at Dymnd Business Solutions for a short period but I learned a lot of valuable skills arranging from sales to communication. All the employees are friendly and want you to succeed in the role. Although it was a short period, it was a pleasant experience.

I've been with Dymnd's team for about almost two years now. I've been able to grow both professionally and personally; thanks to the experience gained from learning and teaching sales, as well as developing leadership skills from mentors in Dymnd and its partners. I enjoy working with the team, while the hours are long I always feel as though its worth my effort and time.

Hey everyone, I just finished doing my training to start working with my new team. Im so excited. I get the honour to work with and learn from an amazing lady named Crystal. Crystal made my final interview really comfortable and welcoming. if it wasn't for her I would have been so nervous and anxious to start here but she made me feel right at home. Everyone I met during the interview process made me feel like I fit right in.Again I can't wait to get started!
