It is not walkable distance like the rest of hotels or mote at coastline nearby or accessible to the town, but this place is unique. They have another amazing view of Perce from the mountain and you may see the seals from the edge in the morning it afternoon.They provided breakfast, but you need to book in advance.We stayed in chalets, so the view from our windows or door might not as good as those staying in rooms.

We visited to take pictures. The property is very well kept and the views are amazing. It is easy to get pictures that will keep memories alive for decades. Breath taking.

Rooms are not luxurious but modern and very clean and well furnished. It's the view from the balcony and the surroundings that makes this motel a hidden gem. You are on the top of a very high cliff overlooking everything worth viewing in Percé. Forget the continental" breakfast included and head into town instead. The included photo is the view from the balcony."

Amazing location for a great price! The cottage was clean, well equipped, with a very comfortable bed and private bathroom! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if you are staying in Perce.Watching seals in the morning from the hotel's lookout point was our favourite part!

A very cozy yet spacey motel overseeing the Perce Rock from our balcony, loved it so much! Very quiet in the night as it's far from the downtown" area but still convenient to drive around or even walk if you'd like to. Staff was fully bilingual and professional. A perfect stay for our vacation last week! Absolutely recommended but you'd have to make reservations well before the summer season!"

Stayed in one of their cabins with a kitchenette. Pros: Beds and pillows are comfy + the room/cabin was way bigger than I expected. Despite the hot weather, the room cooled off well in the evening and we slept really well. The location and view is AMAZING.Cons: It takes forever for the hot water to get to the room, the bath towels are TINY (I'm a fairly small person and the towels barely covered me), and the dishes and cutlery needed to be washed before being used.Overall I'm very satisfied and would recommend!

This place is amazing!Our balcony view is the percé. In the morning you can spot seals and in the night- sky is full of stars.Staff is kind and the place is clean- they make sure you have all you need for the stay from coffee supply to towels.We will definitely be back!

We stayed for two nights, right from our check in the man was very rude. And There was big ants in our bathroom. Then our rooms were very outdated and there was no utensils or cups in the room so I couldn’t have coffee. Plus the door locks automatically behind you so even when you go to the car or sit outside you need your keys or you will be locked out. And their office closes at 10pm so if you lock yourself out after that your sleeping in the car. I thought I would see the Percy rock but it’s not visible from most rooms and the look outs…Front desk man was very condescending to us. Stayed here with my dog. we stayed in multiple hotels with our dog and never had a problem. On their website theirs no indication that I found of an extra fee for a dog. I am used to paying a fee but this place 75$! The front desk guy told us we would get 50$ back after if there was no damage to the room. The dog did not go on any furniture. We only used one bed the other was untouched. My dog had his own dog bed from home. We spent almost no time in the room as we were out hiking all day. When I called back to know if it was a mistake that I didn’t get my money back he said that our cottage was “plein de merde” as in hair was everywhere. My dog is not even a long haired dog and we made sure the place was spotless before leaving so we could get our money back. On the phone the man was very cold and dismissive. I told him I had a picture of the cottage from right before we left and he didn’t want our picture. He told us he had pictures of how “dirty” our room was but when I asked for them he refused to send them. Very disappointed.I did not say I was going to cause problems I said kindly “thank you I will leave a review of my experience”

Very comfortable and clean rooms!Located a bit away the town and high up on a hill so you have to drive down for food.

Had a bad experience here with my girlfriend, don’t recommend. Find somewhere else to stay, as their are many other options around. You will find much better then these shacks.
