Brought my Hamilton watch with ETA movement 7750 in for a second opinion. Victor was honest and gave the watch a thorough review. For a nominal fee he told me everything about the watch and saved me a hefty service bill from another shop who told me the watch needed a $500 fix. I won't hesitate to go back. This level of service and honesty seems rare these days. An absolute pleasure. Highly recommended.

I brought my watch to Victor for regulating, the price is very reasonable and fast service. Victor is the best watchmaker to find in GTA. I recommend his services for people who are horophile across Canada. He is very friendly and the nicest watchmaker that I have ever met. Do make appointment before coming!!

The clasp of my Omega Seamaster broke after 15 years. Omega dealer offered a new clasp. I did not want to spend this much as the damage was just two pins that held the clasp together. Victor repaired the clasp in just 20 minutes for less than 10% of the cost of new clasp. It looks and works like new.Fantastic find. I will definitely be back for future service and repairs.

Victor is just awesome! He took the time to look at my watch and within minutes he knew what was wrong with it and even tried to repair it with parts that he had on site! When that didnt work, He ordered a new part and within a few days my watch was fixed like new at a reasonable cost too!He knows what he is doing ! Thanks Victor!

Brought my Oris here for regulation. It ran slow -3/ day. Victor took time to explain and everything was done in less than 15 mins. Now it is so close to -0! Will bring my Longines here for regulation next week.

Went there for a battery change. It was very quick and price was very fair. Watch works great and no complaints. Very happy with the service.

I attended the shop today with two high quality watches that needed complex repairs to the bracelets. On one of the watches I had mistakenly put a piece of the adjustable clasp in backwards and it was stuck. Victor took his time to examine the issue and came up with a custom fix to the bracelet that returned it to “new” condition. This was much more than just removing and replacing pins - the repair required cutting and replacing parts. On the second bracelet Victor made a new pin using his specialized on-site tools and machinery. It is technical experience that made these repairs possible and his work was greatly appreciated. The value of his work comes from the experience and technical precision he brought to the issues which obviously comes from years of being in the trade. Price was extremely fair. Given the time I spent trying to fix it myself and what I spent on watch repair kit and tools, going to Victor first would have saved me time, aggravation and plenty of money. Thank you again Victor for returning my timepieces to in-service condition where can I enjoy “wrist-time” once again.
