You can get a classic grilled chicken sandwich" but you can't get a "bbq bacon cheddar chicken sandwich" with grilled chicken. They told me they wouldn't do that for me."

Worst burger experience. Food was not only bland and disappointing and made me and my partner feel incredibly ill, but also was a completely overpriced $50 meal for something we could have gotten at Wendy’s. Best part was the sprite- don’t waste your time.

Was not the biggest fan of the burger, the BBQ sauce tasted off, I thought it tasted of fake smoke my brother thought it tasted like Banana. Either way it just wasn't a good burger in my mind.

The food is great but the service has me confused. The sign says open until 9pm, so I went in at 8:45. The staff tried informing me that they were closed and could still serve me a milkshake if I liked. Naturally I was disappointed, pointed out the sign that said they were still open and started making my way to the door at which point they called me back in and took my order. I would suggest that if you no longer wish to serve customers you change your posted business hours to avoid problems like this in the future

I havent eaten here in a long time and I'm honestly not sure why. It was so delicious. I got the $9 meal that's on right now, which was a good deal considering how filling the burger was. it was hot and totally fulfilled the burger craving I had. The fries came out hot and fresh, so crunchy and perfecd.... and honestly the best milkshakes ever are here. To top it up the workers were friendly and welcoming. This may be my new go to

Possibly the most meh food I’ve ever had to consume. Terrible service, everything was overpriced, and the food took 20 mins to prepare despite being the only customers in store. The boast about quality, but the burgers are stale, and just generally gross. Out of a $50 meal for two, we both agreed the best best parts were the ranch sauce, the sprite, and the drive there. Still feeling incredibly ill even 5 hours after the meal. Please, save your money and your stomachs, and find somewhere else to eat. The burgers aren’t fat, but they make you feel fat.

AVOID THE COLLEGE HEIGHTlocation. They seem to BE MOST FOCUSED ON THEIR PROFITS INSTEADOF what important to the consumer. They seem take delight in see how little tHey can put in a burger. Fatburger is usually the best place to eat but not this location. How sad, they need new management

We ate here today and it was disappointing for what we paid. Over $40 for a Burger, nacho cheese fries (which they messed up and gave us chilli cheese fries which weren't very good) 6 buffalo chicken nuggets and 2 fountain pop. The chicken came out almost 10 minutes before anything else. They didn't supply cutlery and it came with a single curled thin slice of carrot and a piddly little piece of celery. The table that came in after us then got their burgers and fries before me. After my food finally came we had to ask 2 more times for a fork for the nuggets which were cold by the time all of the food finally made it to the table. Overall a very poor experience. Unfortunately they prompt you for a tip prior to eating, otherwise I wouldn't have tipped the 20% I did.
