Buckle up, it's lengthy.(Responded to owner with email, will update my review)Guelph location.Went a week ago for cocktails and had such an amazing experience! Sat at the rail and an amazing younger bartender went above and beyond to make my drink (New York Sour); even though she's never even heard of it. Let me just tell you, it was absolutely perfect!! (First photo)Wanted to go back for cocktails to celebrate some amazing news with my partner and the moment we walked in something felt off. There was no hostess to greet us, however that was no fault, it wasn't a busy time. After waiting a few minutes, we just poked our heads over to the bar as we were just going to sit and the rail anyways, but there was no bartender to be seen. Thinking it was no harm to seat ourselves, the hostess returned, less than welcoming- to almost scold us to wait next time. We apologized and she admitted to not seeing us on the screens in the back.Then onto our cocktails. Explained the amazing experience, showed the photo of the drink, even explained the drink because I know it sounds pretentious (whiskey sour with a red wine float). Seeming less than interested, she consulted the bar manager on how to bill it, etc. After a wait, it showed up. She explained that the wine 'dropped'. No matter, if it's tasty I'm no stickler for perfection.. although the glass wasn't even full, no garnish and unfortunately - no flavour. It was sour. It was citrus, wine and whiskey.(Second photo on right, two sample tastes and stopped. Left beverage is bourbon old fashion)Hoping to contact the staff to rectify this simple problem, we waited a solid 10+ minutes with no one in sight after receiving our beverages. When we finally saw someone, we flagged her down hoping to talk and explained we were unhappy- quickly was passed along to the manager. Whom after I explained to her the astounding service I had received prior and showed her the photo of the drink; giving high praise and explained the flaw (honestly just needed to be sweeter.)She agreed the previous drink looked amazing- quickly comped our drinks and we decided to go as she quickly wished us a good evening.

5+ Stars, well deserved. We went there first time on May 12 and were pleased by the cozy layout, friendly staff, amazing Bellini and the presentation of their starters.Unfortunately, my meat was pretty chewy, which was definitely not the cooks failure. My steak was grilled to perfection, just as I would have expected it, but the meat did not live up to my expectations.Our waitress handled the situation very generously, and I felt almost embarrassed about my complaint. But I wanted to give them another chance, and we went again the next day.The next day, we had the exact same booth and the same waitress serving us. Again a very pleasant experience, with atypical, interesting food items, showing the brands creativity. Starters and main dishes again very good. Rice and noodles would deserve a little more salt, but I agree with less is more" when one cooks for customers with different tastes

Beautiful and very clean restaurant. The 1989 burger was delicious and hit the spot.The Red Bull and Ginger Ale was a hit and very refreshing.The only miss was the Dulce De Leche cheesecake as the texture was off.Our server happily removed it from the bill.

Attended this location on a Sunday evening and it was almost empty. We had to wait for 10 minutes by the main entrance before we could even see any staff member. The restaurant has nice ambience. The staff was not courteous or friendly. There were several empty booths but they seated us in a corner. They gave us a large round table of at least 8 adults that was not kid friendly at all. We have been to other Milestones restaurants but this was “unique”. The food was not bad but still not up to the standard of other milestones restaurants. Not returning to this location.

Gorgeous place, amazing food and service! It's a little pricey but well worth it. My daughter had the full rack of BBQ ribs, my husband had the meatloaf, and I had the portobello mushroom chicken. Highly recommend.

Had a delicious business lunch at the Guelph Milestones. Service was very good. They sat us quickly and had our food out in a timely manner. The food looked and tasted very good. Apps and main courses were delicious. Highly recommended.

Went there the other day for my friend's birthday dinner, the place is big and nice decor. It wasn't busy, staff is friendly and know their menu well. I ordered the sirloin, and shrimp + crab beurre blanc with veges and California salad. All of it was delicious. I tried to try their Bellini but unfortunately they don't serve alcohol free which is why I gave 4 stars. ( Not everyone drinks) they did have virgin strawberry daiquiri which was good. Thanks

Took the family out in celebration of my daughter's birthday. The experience was excellent from being seated through the entirety of the meal. Our server went well above expectations when including dessert. Will definitely return to the Guelph restaurant for many more special occasions.

Guelph Milestones has provided exceptional service at every visit. We'll often ride our bikes over when the weather is good, and the staff & management is very friendly and accommodating! The location looks as great as it did on opening night. Last evening we were served by Fern Elizabeth, who made our meal extra special - we won't forget that beautiful name and lovely smile! The Salmon is always a favorite! MANY thanks to the Chef & team as we have thoroughly enjoyed every dish!

Well, this was not the best dining experience that I’ve had. There was definitely a disconnect between the waitress and the chef, so both of our dishes were incorrect. Dessert was lovely and our server was great.
