Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The service was fine until the refund of the security deposit. It takes over 2 months and still didn’t get a refund this is outrageous never use debit to put a deposit because they said that they will send a cheque for the refund and end up with nothing you will lose the $150 security deposit for nothing. Need to do a better job. I brought the car in good shape and no problems still no return for the security deposit

Dealt with Spence for my business rental and he did an amazing job with follow up and questions. The customer service was great and was easy to do business with them. Spence was off the day we picked up vehicle and his manager was there and was great. Good job by the whole team at this office. Thanks again.

This location is very bad. Staff is very unprofessional and they do care of client safety and time. Manager is also very unprofessional. I wish all insurance companies cancel their contract and find other good provider who can care for clients. This location staff made me cry and left me out in cold and wait no one show up to pick me up and when I called said someone is on the way now. I was upset and said I should go some where else so that girl replied yes and hang up. When I call back and report to manager he instead of listen he said oh you can go somewhere else. I ask you sending someone or not you put me in this situation this is very bad but he doesn't care they all should be fired. Who doesn't care about someone standing is cold. I will report to media too.

I don't think there's any other enterprise location or car rental place that provides a better customer service experience than these people.I would highly recommend this location and vouch for the customer first attitude of their staff.

This location provided a decent price and great customer service. The process of getting the cars was easy and smooth. We even received free upgrades on our vehicles. The drop off was great, the employee even gave us a ride back to the airport. Would recommend for sure if visiting Alberta.(These were two of the cars my group and I rented)

Really impressed with the service. We were first given dodge charger but unfortunately were not able to connect car play and couldn’t open google maps which was our first criteria. However, Michael tried really hard to fix it but unfortunately it didn’t work so he got us another car (Honda civic) who someone dropped it. He made sure that car play gets connected to my phone. Once that was done he immediately got the car cleaned and sanitized. The entire thing took an hour but he gave a pretty good discount overall..All the best guys…keep doing the good work.
