Wonderful and professional staff. Excellent service! I've been to many different dental offices before and honestly most of the time they just greet and tell you to sit down. However, I'd like to compliment Jennifer on her kindness and excellent service. She listened to my concerns helped me with my insurance issues and made sure I felt taken care of every step of the way. I feel that the previous commenter must have had a misunderstanding with her because I just don't believe it. Thank you Tooth Corner :)

I had such an amazing experience. Firstly, it had been 7 years since my last appointment and I was not eager to start fresh with a new dentist. I have had nothing but terrible and traumatic experiences in the past. The receptionist could tell I was having a lot of anxiety and was so friendly and accommodating right from the beginning. She talked me through all possible scenarios to help prepare me for the good and the bad. I had a lot of pain and was prepared to hear root canal" but my fear of needles and well everything dentist related was cause for a lot of sudden anxiety in the waiting room.. The hygienist was very gentle and even offered to do my cleaning in two appointments so it wasn't so much at once which I greatly appreciated. Even the dentist was amazing the entire team made sure that I felt comfortable from the very beginning to the end. I 100% recommend them!"

Their management is terrible and always changes the appointment time. Even after rescheduling to an earlier time, they made me wait too long in their office to start any procedure, multiple times!Very bad in communication. They set up multiple appointments that I'm not even aware of. Then suddenly calls me and starts bragging about appointments and tries to teach punctuality being rude, but doesn't ever respect my time!They never receive any calls or check voicemails.Was just continuing with them to not change the dentist, but I don't think it's worth it. I'm also not happy about the dental service. They lately hurt one of my teeth too much which is not normal and also cut my lip with a scaling instrument in a rush!

DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST! On my last and final visit the dentist was 20 minutes late for my appointment, rushed everything, didn't put enough freezing in even after repeatedly telling her I could still feel pain. She was late and didn't want to take the extra time to let it take effect!!! Next patient waiting, you know. Completely uncaring of me, and my experience. She turned a dentist appointment into a horror show. This was completely unacceptable on so many levels. Generally I don't leave a review unless I have something nice to say, but this time I feel I should share this so others don't have this happen to them as well. There's lots of dentists, and I'm sure all of them are better than going here!!!

Even 1 star is too generous for these butchers. My wife went in for a root canal. After two 2 hour appointments they still never finished her root canal. The next day her face blew up like a balloon and is now in emergency room in such serious condition she has to have a nurse come to our house. Never, and I mean never use this dentist. EVER.

So far the experiences i have had are not good, was there twice last year. The dentist was rough and it was painful for a simple teeth cleaning. I refused to see him again, was there recently and had some cavity's dealt with, for the past 2 weeks i have been experiencing sensitivity, pain similar to an exposed nerve and bleeding. Will remove the review/change it if things improve.

Had a root canal procedure. Doctor never told me he left a instrument in my tooth while doing root canal and no x ray was done after root canal which is procedure.I have been calling for two weeks trying to get a call. I was told the regional office would contact me and they still have not.The receptionist called me ignorant for being upset over a serious legal matter.Do not come to this office unless you want to be filing for mal practice.This place is a nightmare.

In sure like most people I am not thrilled going to the dentist, especially with a newborn, but the receptionist Jennifer was very kind and understanding. I had lot of questions and she is very knowledgable and respectful. You can tell she takes pride in helping others as best she can. Thank you Jennifer! I will definitely be coming back because of you!

As a person afraid of dentists I highly recommend Stoney Creek Tooth corner, very accommodating and the warm welcome was relaxing to someone with anxiety. I loved the friendly staff. Saw some negative things but truthfully not really the receptionist responsibility. So I say maybe that was the cleaning ladies kid or someone she knows. Not the offices responsibility. No need to drag a good place down.

I went to this dentist before for teeth cleaning and he was the best. So I decided to go with my son to check his cavities. That dentist was not there and for opening his mouth I got charged $153. Feel ripped off. At least for this they should have taken his wiggly baby tooth out.
