Eddie offers a level of service that is hard to find these days! He got my new tankless water heater installed seamlessly. I tried a bunch of HVAC companies in Surrey before finally landing on PhilCan and I’m glad I chose them. Really happy with the result and I will likely be calling him next year for a new heater for my home.

We had Eddie and Jerson install our furnace & hot water tank and service our central AC. They did an excellent job with all services - they recommended high efficiency alternatives to help save us money in the long run but weren’t pushy at all… they gave us options to decide what made sense for us. They were also quite competitively priced compared to other quotations I got from other companies. They helped us save a lot of money on water and electricity bills… really appreciated their recommendations. They did run a little bit behind but Jerson called me ahead of time to let me know they were running late from their last job and provided an updated arrival time.We still use them for annual servicing and have been happy with everything. We have recommended them to all of our family and friends. Eddie mainly speaks Filipino so my recommendation is that if you have trouble understanding him, I’d recommend asking to speak to Jerson. Regardless, highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest and quality heating/ AC servicing and installs!

Had an issue with my hot water tank leaking. Called at 10:30am and Eddie came over within 30 minutes, super crazy fast service. He assessed the issue, provided a quote then left and came back with hot water tank within an hour. Amazing response, customer service and efficiency. Highly recommended. If you have issues with your hot water tank, furnace, AC or need installation, give him a call. Will definately do business with again when i will replace my furnace and need to do any maintenance or repair. Thanks again!!

Not professional. I called the day before spoke to Eiza made an appointment for 10am. Sent a text with my address as requested. He msged me back and confirm for 10am today. He didn’t show up. I msg him at 1030 asking if he was on his way. He called me then asked me “what my problem was” even thou I spoke to him about it they day before. Which he didn’t remember, he also asked for my address which I had to remind him was also in his texts. Told me he was late because he “was busy installing something”…. If you are going to be late it is courteous to call and late your client know. But I guess if you didn’t even remember the appointment you book that’s not possible. Anyways, if they can’t complete a simple task of booking and showing up to an appointment I don’t have confidence they can repair an air conditioner. Wouldn’t waste your time.
