Worst service... my order was sent to the wrong place! TWICE! Then it was delivered to my house TWICE after I said not to because I couldn't pay the duty cash at the door! So it took me forever! When I called to get my item to be picked up the staff on the phone were rude and just awful! If i had another option and the company I ordered from would deliver with someone different I'd take that option!!!

Worst courier company yet!! Package was on time and in Windsor on a Friday (sent on Thurs from Mississauga), ready for delivery in Kingsville. After putting the package on the truck to be delivered, driver said that the package was unable to deliver" and sent back to Windsor. It was then sent back to Brampton and returned back to Windsor on Monday

Worst courier ever! I tried to pull the door sooo hard but it's apparently locked. I looked into the window and the guy saw me but ignored me. I knocked on the door and he finally paid attention to me by just pointing at the door on the other side. I tried to open the door again but it's still locked.. It was not until five minutes later that the door was open. FYI: it took me almost two hours to get there.
