Absolutely delicious feast provided by Roll'n Coal to our crew today! Every single item they brought was beyond yummy, the shop still smells like smoked delight! Truly outstanding BBQ fare, great service, very reasonable pricing. We will be ordering from Roll'n Coal again for sure!

We unfortunately had to cancel Roll n Coal BBQ for our upcoming event in September. Derek, Amie and the whole team were incredibly understanding and refunded us back our deposit in full. I was extremely impressed with their kindness and customer service. I have heard amazing things about their food so if you are looking for a caterer for an upcoming event, please consider booking them!

What a great catering company. They came thru last minute booking (October) for our Christmas Party at Ken’s Tire and Wheel in December. Right from the start, prompt communication and established a menu to suit our needs for 20 people. The food was delicious…..great value for what we paid. I definitely recommend them for any type of catering needs. Job well done Derek, Amie and anyone else involved.

We used Roll' N Coal BBQ for an event that we hosted in January 2023, and I could not have been more pleased with their service. The team was exceptionally professional, on time, well prepared, and very communicative. The food was incredible and we had very positive feedback from the attendees of our event. We will absolutely be looking to use Roll'N Coal for future events!

We hired Roll n Coal to cater our wedding. We had just under 60 guests including ourselves. We had guests with severe celiac disease, those who are vegans/vegetarians, others who are lactose free, and some who are sugar free. Roll n Coal was incredibly accommodating to all of our dietary needs and restrictions. We chose the brisket, ribs, jackfruit and tuscan chicken for our main dishes and they were all amazing; we’re still dreaming about the ribs, we didn't want to stop eating! The garlic mashed potatoes were hands down the best potatoes we’ve ever had, and they were amplified when mixed with their corn medley. Derek and the rest of the Roll n Coal team were easy to work with. They showed up early, made everything on the venue, and didn’t blink an eye when we asked them to move their station (as we had made a mistake when planning where canapes would be served). Every guest we had went back for seconds, and there was plenty of food to feed them. We are so happy that we went with Roll n Coal, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for some BBQ catering. We hope we get to eat Roll n Coal again someday! WOW! Where to even begin. We had Roll'N Coal cater our wedding. They did an amazing job. We had guests with celiac and allergies, and vegetarian preferences and they accommodated all with ease. The food from dinner to dessert was absolutely delicious, everyone could not stop talking about it! Derek was so easy to work with, and was so nice and professional on the day. highly highly recommend!!
