I was charged $30 for cleaning a charging port - which is already excessively expensive for passing a cotton swab with alcohol over the contacts (exactly what the tech explained they did). Fix worked for about 24h and then it was back to its initial state again.

Beware of the misleading advertisement on the phones! I bought an iPhone 11 that was suppose to have no scratches/chips and a battery capacity of 100% and then after my purchase I discovered it had many small chips and scratches as well as the battery being only at 91%. After I tried returning the phone it took a very long period of time to get a refund. The customer service is terrible. Make sure the phone is as stated on the description before purchasing it! With all the wasted energy and frustration put into this deceiving purchase, I will not be a returning client.

Service impeccable!L’écran du cellulaire de mon garçon s’est brisé. La réparation a été faite rapidement avec des pièces de qualités (pas juste de qualité ordinaire pour permettre un meilleur prix). Mon garçon en a profité pour changer sa batterie. Une fois que nous avons repris le téléphone, le lendemain, un problème est survenu avec l’écran. Immédiatement, ils ont changer la pièce car elle était défectueuse. Aucune question, service rapide.Équipe de confiance!
