I took a road trip with a friend to Bentley, just to visit this store. And I’m so glad I did. For any vintage aficionado, it’s a treasure trove of goodies ranging from Victorian eyeglasses and ivory combs to kitchen canisters and wicker baskets. Located in an old hardware store, there are treasures floor to ceiling to keep your eyes tickled for hours. And the proprietor has upped the ante and added a mix of new items, seamlessly nestled with the old. From soaps and creams to tunics and turtlenecks, there’s a huge selection of modernity to fill your kitchen and closet.This is a daytrip that will take you away from your life and transport you into a dreamy shopping fairytale.I will be back with more friends!

Awesome collection of pyrex to bad they weren't in my price range. Great selection of designer type clothing. I also should have added how helpful the employee was. She was awesome

A hidden gem filled with clothing, gifts, and interesting finds. Beautiful Christmas selection. Fun. Whimsical. Nice to see some sacred nativity tree ornaments there too.

The owner is abrasive and rude unless you drive up in your Lexus with a wad of cash in your hands. Her service reminds me of a bad dhar Mann video.

We decided to take a wonderful drive out to the hamlet of Bentley, Alberta. Upon our arrival we discovered a magnificent little gem called Merry’s Mercantile. I can only describe this store as an eclectic modernization of antiquities, that create a unique bond between the past and present. I highly recommend anyone travelling through the area to visit this store of excellence.
