I've only had great experiences with Dupuis. They have so many stunningly beautiful pieces (many of which are one-of-a-kind!). Very nice, professional customer service—being in their showroom makes you feel so special! Bidding/purchasing is a very easy experience and their staff is happy to help if you have questions. I can't say enough good things about this place.

We purchased a piece here and had a great experience. Not a conventional way to buy jewellery, but it's a great way to find unique carefully curated pieces that are more historic and beautiful than you'd find at a mall.

Amazing auctions with fantastic pieces. The team were so helpful during the viewing sessions, that I was able to get more information for the pieces that I wanted. They also recommended similar pieces that was more for my liking and tastes.Cliff and Karen have immaculate style. They offered such great advice that I was able to expand the selection of my LOTS.I am so happy with my success of my bids on th last auction, I can not wait fo the next one!!

I have never been here in person, but have bid in their online auctions. The staff are extremely helpful and responsive in sending further information on auction items and in answering questions on things like the buyer's premium and taxes for out-of-province buyers. I won an item last auction and received it 2 days after I won it, in a different province. I was amazed by their speed and excellent service. The item was well-packaged and the shipping was very reasonable considering that it was fully insured. I would do business here again without hesitation especially since they always have very interesting items in their auctions.

Excellent customer service. I’ve been dealing with Christian. I had sent a gold necklace and Diamond bracelet.I did not have the time to go to Toronto so they sent me an insured, overnight label paid by them so they quickly and securely received the shipment. Although I decided to only sell the necklace, the diamond bracelet was not only returned promptly, but took the time to clean it prior.Look forward to the upcoming auction. Very professional service, would definitely work with them again.

Out-of-town buyer massively impressed by the functionality and ease of use of the Dupuis app. Post-purchase follow-up included exceptional customer service from the entire staff; they were attentive, responsive, and accommodating.
