Small business owners need to take notes from Vitalii. He is professional, and an absolute perfectionist. The amount of time and effort he put into cleaning our area rug is incredible! He came back a second day with a different shampoo and machine so he could get our heavily stained white area rug as white as possible. Not because we asked, because he couldn’t leave it without trying everything he could. He got payment from us on the first visit. (less than he quoted) and still showed up the second time without us having to message him. He clearly cares deeply about what he does and the service he provides. I discovered Bannik Family Carpet Cleaning Service online a few weeks ago, and after reading the reviews online and their rates I decided to give them a call. Once I found out that they could make service calls to Selkirk, MB, I had them come in on Saturday, Sept. 10 to do my basement carpet and sofa.My basement carpet is 15 years old, and it’s had more than its fair share of traffic on it. Previous attempts with a rental cleaner didn’t quite get the desired level of clean that I wanted, and the carpet was developing a slightly musty odor. I also have a microfiber sofa in the basement that’s as old as the carpets, and it has seen better days. MUCH better days.After he inspected the carpet with a UV light (locating flooding/pet/etc. stains that can’t normally be seen with the naked eye), Mr. Bannik showed me the equipment he’d be using in the cleaning process and welcomed any questions that I had. He was also kind enough to help me move a few pieces of heavier furniture that I couldn’t manage by myself. He also invited me to check out the progress during the cleaning process (ie. the color of the solution as it went from dirty to clear after successive passes).It took a few hours to thoroughly clean my carpet and sofa, and by the time he was finished I was amazed! They both looked and felt brand new, and the carpet’s previous musty odor was completely gone. Even better, both the carpet and the sofa were nearly dry by the time he left, and they were completely dry by the next morning. Now I can wear white socks in the basement again! ;-PMr. Bannik is a true professional in this business, and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Bannik Family Carpet Cleaning Service to anyone else looking for a top-notch cleaning company. I found this company through Facebook and it was the best recommendation I ever had. My carpets are on their last legs but we fostered a dog and she left 'presents' for us all over the house, so I wanted my carpets cleaned one last time before I have to replace them. Honestly, I thought my carpets were a lost cause but not with this company! My carpets were cleaned like they've never been cleaned before. I didn't think my carpets could look like this again! He cleaned my area rug as well and an accent chair that other companies said couldn't be done. The price was great, less expensive than all the other companies I've had (and that's including the area rug AND accent chair).I will always go with this company for my carpet cleaning, for now on.
