I see they have good reviews so maybe it’s a one off. But my experience was bad. Chatted with Charles over email about a hatchback Mazda 3 they had or have i don’t know since he stopped communicating. I need to trade my truck in to drop my payment so I can build a house this summer. I got him everything he needed (pictures, vin, info etc) and patiently waited for his response. Never heard from again. Reached out a couple times with no response. Seems pretty unprofessional to me. If they vehicle sold just say that. If you don’t want the truck just say that. It’s easy to be transparent. Now I will be looking else where.

Brought my car in for minor repairs, mechanic had to remove the glove box and center console. He emptied thoes all over my back seat and took some items I had on the back seat and throw them in my back window ... when I got the car a 600$ bill later i could even find my registration and insurance slip they where thorn and unreadable... so disapointed ... have been doing business with them for a long time now im considering going to another deelership for my next car ...

If you got bad credit, or anything too much on your credit that’s not good. Don’t come here, tried two different times to deal with them, could not even. They deal with banks and nothing of them is 2 or 3rd chance here. They should have wide range at this place, because during Covid a lot of people had a hard time, it’s impossible people with high credit. Waste of time honestly.
