This is the second time that we have used Knox Mountain Mechanical with excellent results. On this latest visit our furnace and thermostat were replaced. It was a pleasure to work with Mark, Justin and Theo who arrived on time, were respectful, competent, and took the time to explain the new equipment and settings. We highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing/heating/cooling needs.

When I woke up Monday morning with no hot water, I called Knox Mountain Mechanical as they had installed my new furnace and air con a few years back. Even though they were booked for the day, they made time to come and take a look. When it was determined that I needed a new hot water tank, Justin explained all my options and rearranged his day to accommodate me and I had hot water by that afternoon. Justin went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in good working order. When I received my bill, everything was as quoted. Would highly recommend!

Justin and Matt were absolutely awesome to deal with. Justin made sure they promptly visited our house after we found a leak and were able to repair it without tearing our house apart. I appreciated the honest advice and will definitely use them any time we need some work done on our house.

I have used Knox Mountain Mechanical multiple times over the last few years for small plumbing jobs and emergency leak repairs to large jobs involving opening up ceilings and floors to run vents and gas lines for new dryer installs and even a gas heater install for a swimming pool. Mark, the owner, actually knows what he is talking about and rather than just saying 'yup' 'yup' and throwing a high number at you, he carefully considers the job, says what is not safe or not possible and will usually suggest a few alternative approaches to accomplish what the customer wants. Most importantly, he is honest. If the furnace can be repaired, he won't try and sell you a new one. His pricing is reasonable - he won't take advantage of you and he is worth what he charges. With anyone cheaper I have gotten what I paid for and usually hire Mark to come fix it later anyway! Mark's partner Justin, is simply amazing. He treats you like a person, actually knows what good customer service means, has a great attitude and is always friendly. On more than one occasion, he has gone out of his way, and outside of working hours, to help me in those urgent oh my god my floor has an inch of water on it

We had Mark install our Hot water tank and fireplace at our townhouse a few years back and he was great! Had everything ordered and installed really quickly after I called. We just moved to a new house and Justin came the first business day after we moved in to help us decide what was the best option for a replacement for our hot water tank, do a furnace service, and service both our fireplaces. Highly recommend Knox Mountain Mechanical and will definitely be calling them for any future needs!

We have used Knox Mountain Mechanical many times over the years and we have always been very happy with their service. We just had a new hot water tank installed in our new home. They were able to get the job done quickly, which we so appreciated! Everything from the phone call to them coming to do the instal was top notch. I can’t recommend them enough!

Mark and Justin are great to deal with and make sure they fit you in no matter how busy they are.
