Realtor not returning calls for 24h after trying to place an offer. (Surprise, by the time I got in contact they received another offer the next day). Conflicting information between co-listing agents in terms of closing dates and comission. On the day I finalized the offer with Tanya, I called at noon and never got a call back. Not even the decency to call me to say the offer was refused. Avoid.

Not sure about the one review that has one star. But Tanya is hands down the most amazing compassionate agent you can find. They become friends and family that care about what you need, not their pockets. I bothered her with exactly 28 houses because of how picky I am, and this isn't an exaggeration. I'm not an easy client, but there were zero signs of annoyance towards me. Would definitely recommend without hesitation to anyone looking for a house at any price.
