Reno spent good time on doing inspection. However did not provide complete inspection report with photos which was agreed before giving him the job. He just sent the photos by email. To which I asked what is the relevance of these photos if you will not explain the photos as to why these have been taken, what is the inspector trying to highlight and what is the suggestions. Just clicking the photo and sending anyone can do. What is the value add inspector has added that was completely missing. Also there were no thermal images. He says he has taken but no proof with us. So I don’t think I have got the worth of my money here.

Remo did an incredible job on our home inspection, he has a great eye for the details and makes sure everything is checked. He took the time to make sure everything was working right and let us know about all of the issues we would need to address and when. Remo took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns plus walked us around to point everything out and to let us know how everything worked. I highly recommend hiring Remo for your home inspection his work is super high quality!
