Getting my AC/furnace combo unit replaced in a 2nd story condo wasn’t an easy task…..but Reliance handled it! So many things had to be coordinated and solutioned, involving roughly 10 different people across 4 days. Every single one of them was professional, helpful and had great personalities. I really appreciated their dedication and customer service mindset. Shout out to Teegan who was the main contact through it all. It was a positive experience and I won’t hesitate to call or recommend Reliance in the future. You are all amazing people! Thank you!

Our tank water heater was giving us issues for about two weeks and all the attempts to fix it weren’t working. They techs answered my call every time I called and were very helpful. We decided to have a tankless water heater installed for the fact of never running out of hot water ontop of the rebate from Sask Energy. The installer was able to work without anyone being home due to work requirements and he did a fantastic job.

Stefan at Reliance helped me out on a very challenging day. The whole street had flooded due to heavy rain overnight, and my existing sump pump had failed. I woke up to a couple of inches of water in the back room of my basement, and the water was still rising. I bailed water with buckets and used my shop vac while I waited for my appointment. Stefan was able to quickly replace the sump pump with a higher horsepower model, which got the water under control. With more rain on the way, I was incredibly relieved to have the situation dealt with so quickly. Stefan was extremely polite and so patient in answering all of my questions. I was very happy with the service he provided and I highly recommend Reliance.

Stephan went above and beyond during his install. His professionalism and humor were greatly appreciated. I would have him complete more tasks, without hesitation. We have experienced an absolute nightmare with this company since renting with them. They constantly reschedule appointments or have their techs out to do work without the right parts or the right people. The lack of communication between those who book and schedule the calls the the techs who actually do the calls is nonexistent. All of the service techs that have come out have been professional and done their work to the best of their abilities with the lack of communication from their office.Between installation and inspections I have missed 12 days of work in the past 6 months accommodating appointments for them.

The installers have poor workmanship. We had to replace a leaky water tank. We asked for a 50 gallon tank and when it arrived it was too large to fit but the installers forced it in and tried to make the existing connections and exhaust vent fit. The result was very poor installation the water tank was scratched and dented once installed. I spoke to a journeyman plumber who was in charge of the apprentice who installed it. He was able to get a taller 50 gallon tank and replace it so that it fit. On the replacement the apprentice installers again we’re trying to make water and gas connections fit with doing as little work as possible. The gas line was not lined up and with the water line, they made a bunch of 45 pipe bends rather than taking the extra time to line everything up and do a professional job. The exhaust vent was crooked and the tabs wouldn’t even line up with the water heater. The installer tried to pull and bend the exhaust tubing to make it fit rather than actually trimming the exhaust ducting to make it line up and fit properly. These apprentice installers couldn’t do the simplest job like installing a water heater properly and professionally. There was no pride in workmanship, just slammed it in, and were both ready to leave until I started challenging them and asking questions, then he started correcting his poor installation. The customer should not be the quality control supervisor. Now let’s talk about the call centre. It is utterly the most unpleasant and frustrating experience to say the least. You can’t speak to anyone local, they just reroute you through the same call-center without resolve. It’s completely maddening. I will never use this company again, not worth the headaches and back and forth. I do not trust them to do the best quality work.

We had a burst pipe under our mobile home. The lady who booked the plumber was so lovely and even double checked to find the earliest possible appointment since we couldn't contain the leak. Our plumbers, Stefan and Brittany were amazing! They had the leak fixed in no time! This is the third time we have had Stefan at our place and as always he was friendly and so knowledgeable.

The Reliance team came to work! They installed a new furnace, soft water system, reverse osmosis system and Nest thermostat. They guys were all professional and did an amazing job. Even doing a bit of maintenance outside of what they were there to do. Clint was the sales rep who gave me the quote. I'm very happy I met with him and that this team did my work.
