I’ve been to Liberty Kitchen twice and both times I’ve been very impressed. The atmosphere is great - very bright and fresh and modern. The service was top notch both times. And the food is amazing!The first time I went our table shared a couple of orders of wings, and order of their meatballs and marinara sauce with garlic toast, and one of their delicious pizzas (the Biltmore with shrimp, basil pesto, arugula, white sauce and Calabrian chili). Unfortunately I neglected to take pics of the food but it was delectable.The second visit, our table ordered the butternut squash and ricotta ravioli, the spicy chicken sandwich with wedge fries, and the Tokyo chicken bowl. The ravioli was savory and flavorful, the crispy chicken sandwich and wedge fries were a serious winner - the chicken itself was crunchy on the outside and yet moist and tender on the inside. The Tokyo chicken bowl was a solid choice with tons of chicken and vegetables. Our server was very friendly (on both occasions) and the kitchen was on their game as the food came out hot and fresh in no time.Knowing that Liberty Kitchen comes from the same stable of companies as Brown’s Social House, I can say with little doubt that you won’t have a bad experience there.

Update: two weeks after our first visit we returned. This time seated at one of patio booth and knowing exactly what I’ll be ordering.Love the butternut squash ravioli. I have had my concern that ravioli could be over cooked but it isn’t. Each wrap is at the perfect texture. Delicious and visually appetizing veggies decorated the plate. The Tokyo bowl seems dynamic in taste and texture with lots of colors coupled with salmon. Friendly and prompt service from the waitresses again.——Fabulous energy and atmosphere. We sat at the patio-like area where it is covered all-round while receives ample natural light. We ordered two pizzas, the Liberty Margarita and Three Mushrooms. Those didn’t disappoint. Thin crusted and generous with the toppings. The bar seating area in an oval shape seems to get surrounding TV. Fabulous waiters and waitresses. Next time I’d like to try the butternut squash ravioli.

Every plate is beautiful and served with a great amount of cheese! LolThe drinks are made perfect every time I go.If you are cheese intolerant do be aware of all the cheese that is not said on the menu.

This is a busy spot, so be prepared to wait a bit. We were told 30 min, but in 10 min we were seated in the sun room area in a corner booth. Very comfortable and the ambience is great. It's very loud, but as expected. Service was fantastic, very friendly and efficient. The food was fantastic. I had the spicy calabrese Pizza which was so good. The crust is thin, crispy and chewy at the same time. All 4 of us enjoyed our meals. Will definitely be back!

One of the best places in Victoria BC for a quality night out with friends or loved ones. The ambience is perfect and has a cozy vibe to it. The pizza station is an awesome view to see as you wait for your food to come. The bartenders are beautiful, ready to cater to your drink needs. We tried their pizzas: Creole Chicken and Montreal Style. For drinks we had Liberty Lemonade, Peach Soda, and Liberty Lager. Pizzas were hot, and don't forget to ask for extra oregano!Note: This place has beautiful waitresses and bartenders, who are very proactive and come to check in every once in a while. They don't give the pressurizing feeling at all, and always carry a smile on their face.I will definitely be going back soon!Bus stops are nearby within 2 minute walking distance, and there's plenty of parking available.

The best experience we ever had.Best food, best service, very best ambiance.Myself, I am a chef work at one of the best hotel in Victoria but food we had from here was incomparable.We really wanted go back again again. Thank you all the chefs and service staff.

It was my first time at liberty kitchen and hands down they exceeded my expectations. The food A+. The ambience A+. The service A+. The washrooms A+. Our host Angie was the sweetest and so caring. I was so cold in the patio, she brought us blankets. She gave good recommendations! She also brought a birthday candle on our dessert as it was our friends birthday. I will definitely go there again!

Great pie, crispy thin crust and nice flavor on the sauce and toppings for the sausage pizza. The only thing preventing this from being 5/5 was slowish service on a night that didn't seem particularly busy. Not bad, just slower than most places. Overall a good spot.

Liberty, you have to step up your food game. Everything else is on point - architecture, decor, servers’ style and their punctual service, and the general experience. But I’m continually disappointed with the food. This time around, the pizza appy was super salty, the pizza main had a hard overcooked crust, and the patty on the burger was like the chef found 4 oz of burnt McD’s Big Mac in the dumpster and reused it on the Liberty burger. I couldn’t eat more than two bites for each main and I don’t feel like paying $80 just to enjoy a nice ambience for 90 minutes without decent food and decent portions.
