Hey people please be careful when dealing with this company! Make sure everything‘s in writing and your lawyer looks at it. This company promises the world and delivers the worst possible service and quality I have ever come to expect and see firsthand. I had a simple restoration where I had a flood in my condo. They promised me 2 and a half months to 3 months tops !!!! After doing the demolition and destroying my kitchen cabinets and counter tops ( they had to re do them) the promises kept coming, but no work was done, and when it was done it was absolutely the worst work possible. Cracks in the flooring chipped tiles, un even tile on the floor , horrible paint jobs, holes in the wall painting over outlets painting over dust bunnies, plumbing had to be redone several times. The electrician installed absolutely faulty and dangerous wiring that needed to be fixed immediately and several times. The workmanship was absolutely disgusting, the list goes on and on and on. It wasn’t because of the supply chain issue,( I’d phone the distributor and the fixtures and tile were in) PD would blame shipping or other things that they lied about it was more about the horrible workmanship and they couldn’t get it together. The amount of lies and unaccountability that I had to address on a daily basis was incredibly stressful This company was the most horrible experience I’ve had in my life and I urge you if you’re dealing with this company make sure that you follow up with some legalities in order to ensure that they do the work or please run the other way and find someone else.I’ve tried to work with management and they give me violins saying they lost money on this build however they got paid out in full from insurance and left me with broken appliances, faulty workmanship and other items that they should have fixed or taken care of. 13 months and thousands in out of pocket expense due to their horrible workmanship and shady behaviour. People run away from this company. I’m not the only one this has happened to, the stories have been coming up daily.

I was so lucky to have Marta, Dan and Cesar come to repair the ceiling in my bathroom when the upstairs neighbour in my condo building had a leaking pipe.I have never seen such care taken with repairs in my home as these three showed! They are professional, courteous, detailed, friendly; I can't say enough about how much I appreciated them through this whole experience; an absolute dream team! My dog Molli agrees, as she met them at the door with a wagging tail every time!I also had the pleasure of meeting Fabian when he dropped off the industrial dryers, and Harry Payes and Alma when the picked them up two days later! Great people!If I ever have renos or restoration work needing to be done, I know exactly who I'll be calling.

We had flood in basement and Paul Davis came in with a great crew of people and did an excellent job. They cleaned and took all the damage walls, floors and even furniture out and got rid of it! Highly recommend them!

The fact that I am writing this before my project is fully completed shows you my true heart toward the owner Ali and his co- owners Lisa and Mike. I highly recommend PDR Edmonton for any restoration and repair service. I as well have recommended them to various government corporations and community agencies.Paul Davis has a huge warehouse compound in which they can fully move your items to storage – the staff took pictures of all items prior to removal and itemized items on a spreadsheet – all of which were shared with me; such is their standard practice. I had the sincere pleasure of working with Mr. Ali Handous and those under him since April 30, 2022, continuing. Under Mr. Handous’ profile it states: “Fun Fact: Ali loves helping people” – that is not only a fun fact but a proven fact and I fully attest to that.Mr. Handous and his team were the company chosen to deal with extensive damage in a luxury Edmonton condo building in which I own residential property.I am personally aware that Paul Davis has been the ‘go-to’ for Management companies in and around the Edmonton Area, as well residential-commercial buildings in the downtown area in which I live. The fact that Paul Davis is routinely used in and of itself demonstrates their efficiency and reputable longevity.I respect Ali because of his genuine care for the community at large – even for those who are not their direct clients; Ali is open to new opportunities and partnerships.On July 20, 2022 I posed to Ali, and Lisa the co-owner the potential of linking up with “Habitat for Humanity”. Since that initial introduction in July 2022, Paul Davis has donated in kind literally thousands of dollars’ worth of items to Habitat for Humanity Edmonton. This shows the heart of Paul Davis! They give – Ali and his company Paul Davis Edmonton are ‘givers’! Habitat for Humanity Edmonton has been extremely grateful for Paul Davis Edmonton’s support of donations in kind, and they look forward to future relations with Paul Davis.What makes Paul Davis Restoration different?The major difference that sets Paul Davis Restoration Edmonton apart from similar companies is that Ali takes no excuses – not from his employees or his contractors, note he treats them all exceptionally well and expects quality performance in return – the integrity he has as an owner and as a person, he expects the same from everyone under him as well from his company’s clients – it is a give-and-take relationship based on mutual-understanding. Meeting Mike humbled me in that he has aninnate ability to speak without even saying a word, and to influence positive resolutions. I hold him in the highest respect.I am honored and more rightly blessed to have met and worked with the PDR owners on my project and in my building. I will continue to refer them wide and far.Please be balanced enough to ignore negative posts and give them an opportunity to work with you; my contacts in business and government certainly appreciate my referrals of PDR and I stand by my word. I wouldn't hire another if ever needed!

This outfit is not qualified to do anything more than emergency removal of damage (incompletely), and packing your belongings. 11 months in and we have no repair timeline/schedule and just got a deficient estimate for the second time.Here's an example of their repair" quality."

My dishwasher leaked Dawn B. and all the staff At Paul Davis did an amazing job. she made replacing the floor and my claim such an easy process for my family. She was fast and professional and did a great job. I highly recommend!!

We experienced flooding in our main bathroom. Paul Davis was called to assess the damages and were given the go ahead to repair the damages. They were quick to respond and the repairs were eventually done to my satisfaction. I had problems with the insurance claim as the insurance company decided not to pay the claim after the work had commenIced but Paul Davis went to bat for me and the claim was eventually approved. I am extremely picky as to how the work is done and to the finish product. I would use them again.

I recently have been working with Paul Davis through the firm I work with regard to a water loss with one of my clients. Although this project has taken some turns; From start to the current state, the team at Paul Davis has been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.Their part of this project is the rebuild stage, and they were always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process.The restoration process isn't completed as of this review but with interactions with their staff and hearing from our clients, they have been pleased.I would highly recommend Paul Davis to anyone in need of flood restoration services.
