I would not be here today if not for the continued care and pain management I've received at this clinic for over five years.The staff and doctor are highlyaccommodating, receptive and compassionate. I use a wheelchair and struggle with certain movements that can make medical care challenging at times, but the nurses and doctor are always happy to help and find alternative techniques to ensure my needs are met and I'm never made to feel like a burden for it.Everyone should have access to this high-quality level of pain management. I highly recommend asking for a referral to this clinic to anyone dealing with chronic pain.

I absolutely love this Pain Clinic. From the time you walk in, to the time you leave, you see nothing but cheerful staff with smiles always on their face. Once you get through the first visit, the other visits are quick and I’ve never had to wait. My Dr, Dr. Narwel is amazing. He is very professional and always make sure you are ok, his assistances are the same way. I tell everyone about this Clinic. I don’t think I have ever felt more welcomed and treated like I am family in any other health centre. Thank you all for being so wonderful.

I have been coming here for yrs now after a care accident and 2 spine surgeries and I have to say I’ve never had to wait longer then 5- 10 min to be brought into a room , the staff are absolutely polite and cheerful! Dr Walters is always right in the room no sitting and waiting ! A rare thing these days with dr visits ! As well he is polite ! And you don’t feel rushed ! And he takes the time to listen and not make you feel like just a # . I actually even had him call to check on me one time while he was off on Vacation with his family ! Now that is a dr that cares! I HIGHLY recommend Windsor pain clinic ! For everyone !

Dr. Wimmer is a lifesaver- I am virtually pain-free and on the rare occasion when I have a flare up, he knows just what to do to address the issue. The clinic is clean and run efficiently. There is seldom a wait, which is very important when working full-time and attending on a weekly basis. The staff are friendly and I actually look forward to seeing everyone each week.

I can't say enough about The Windsor pain center. Dr. Walter's has helped me manage with my pain issues, and the staff are so very helpful,friendly and courteous. Would recommend Windsor pain center 100% as it surely has made a big difference for me.

I drive 6 hours every single week and have been for almost a year now for trigger point injections and other pain management needs with this pain clinic, phenomenal doctors and amazing care team. The nurses and reception are some of the kindest you will meet, and they don’t discriminate your pain and actually are there to help unlike a lot of other pain clinics. I whole heartedly recommend them for your pain management if you are in Windsor or surrounding area.

I am so pleased with my experience here. Everyone is caring and attentive. My treatment has helped me to live my best life. Dr. Walters is the best.

Windsor has some of the worst medical care in Canada, and The Pain Clinic is no exception. I have had multiple referrals to neurologists, orthopedic surgeons, and other physicians, all of them have refused to help mitigate my Osteoarthritis in my knees, my ankle and back pain, and my mandibular nerve pain.I saw Dr. Walters at this Pain Clinic, and I genuinely thought he would do something to help me mitigate all the pain I'm in, but he refused to even talk about any of my other pain, other than my Osteoarthritis knee pain. He did a thorough physical examination, while overviewing x-rays that were taken 4 years ago, and my condition has significantly worsened since then.I am now falling down constantly as a result of my knees locking-up and after 18 hour days of full-time post-secondary, working, and volunteering, my knees are in so much pain it makes it difficult to sleep. After Dr. Walters did his examination (only on my knees, and not for the rest of my pain), he determined that the way my Osteoarthritis has grown has made it so there is no space to put injections in my knees to help them, as he said it would be like spraying water onto a wall and the injections wouldn't reach where they need to go.I told him I've been on an extremely low dose of 2 Tylenol 3's a day for 12 years now, and they do nothing for my pain anymore. He told me I need to get pain medication from my family doctor (who has refused me multiple times and just keeps referring me to places that also refuse pain mitigation through medication), and he refused to prescribe me something stronger, despite working for a PAIN CLINIC!!! After he was done, I asked him when I could see him next to talk about my other pain, and he rudely walked out and said he wouldn't see me again.This war on drugs is only in Canada, and it has become outrageous. People who are in genuine pain, can't get access to anything more than Tylenol 2 or 3, and only 1-2 pills a day, which does nothing for the amount of pain I'm in. Just because the homeless and drug addicts abuse these medications, does not mean people with genuine pain conditions should not receive more powerful pain killers. Absolutely lunacy in this country when it comes to pain management. I'm tired of fighting for proper treatment.

Been coming here for about 2 years, The Staff in my experiences have always been top notch and accommodating for my needs, Dr Whimmer has been the Dr I've seen, he is swell, quick and attentive to my needs.

Excellent treatments so happy with their clinic! They wrote a report to my doctor who followed recommendations for pain medications which has made my life tolerable with pain down considerably. The shots I get in my back help my back pain another painful symptom of my fibromyalgia . Here they care about me and always treat me with compassion and professionalism.
