Dr. Heather Hay and her team at Parkway Back are great. I had some problems with my right hamstring and Dr. Hay let me know what I should do and now it’s feeling almost as good as new. I appreciate how she educates her patients with what is happening with her spine model and teaches you how the spine works and where the issues flare up and why they do. If looking for a chiropractor, I’d recommend her.2022 Update: Dr. Hay is still awesome and very helpful. Would wholeheartedly recommend using her services.

Met with Dr. Heather Hay. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. No problems with them using my benefits, and the whole process was very quick and easy to get my foot inserts. My foot inserts feel great and I immediately noticed an improvement in my walking.

The receptionist is lovely, and always says hello. Rachel gives marvelous messages! She is so personable and kind, and very thorough. She is aware of the whole health of a person, and understands how stress affects muscles. Great staff!!!

Dr. Heather Hay is wonderfully talented and amazing! Any pain or discomfort is gone after my weekly or bi-weekly appointments and the best results from visiting a chiropractor, truly. My son and husband visit Heather as well, and she can individually make a plan to best suit you and your discomfort. Dr. Hay is also able to use a computer program to best fit shoes, sandals, or insoles, whatever suits your needs best! We are grateful for Dr. Heather Hay and appreciate the different services in her office, including massage. The most enjoyable experience for me is having a chiropractor treatment, then having a massage right after. It feels incredibly relaxing, and all pain is gone!
