All I can really say is AMAZING! The owner Steve is incredible, personally and so accommodating! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!Some amazing perks:- bike drop off ( on time)- high quality bikes- helmets, locks and baskets- bike picks up- wine pick up the next day!This is the best bike rental in town!!

Excellent and professional service from the very friendly Steve!!! My bike broke on our vineyard tour from NOTL and I stopped by Vinovelo hoping they could help. Steve greeted us with a smile and a cold bottle of water and was able to help me on the spot. Steve offered to lend me one of his bikes while he was fixing mine, a very generous offer. In the end Steve fixed my bike and we continued on our way.If you want to rent a bike if need service while in NOTL or Virgil, strop by vinovelo, you will not be disappointed, and say hi to Steve from me :-)

I’ve rented bikes off Steve several times. I would highly recommend vino velo to anyone.The bikes are great! Very comfortable to ride and well maintained. I’ve never had any issues. The service is also great, very friendly and personable gentleman.

Excellent service! We rented the bikes for a ladies wine tour. They were delivered to us and Steve offered to pick up any wine we bought and bring it to us. Will definitely use them again!

We called Steve at Vino Velo earlier this week to fix a flat tire on my wife's bike. He picked the bike up from our garage, took it to his location, repaired the tire, cleaned the frame and lubed the chain and gears - much more than we expected! He then delivered the bike to us less than 24 hours later. It was much appreciated as my wife needs to get some low impact exercise, before going for surgery in a couple of weeks.This is the kind of fast, friendly and reliable service that we have received from Steve over the last few years. Highly recommended.

Honestly the owner is so nice (Steve Irwin). I been using him since 5 years ago. You are definitely supporting a local business. He will go around picking up any bottles you buy so you can just pick it up after. Plenty of parking to leave your car for the day and the bikes feel super nice. The bonus is if you come back in the future he remembers you and gives you a discount

Vino Velo (Steve) made our Niagara-on-the-lake weekend trip unforgettable, his hospitality, he humor and generosity is like none other. I called a few other placed to book a bike for a self-guided tour and I am so thankful and happy we went with Steve! Easy, fun, convenient and so hospitable to your needs to make your trip fun and exactly what you would imagine it to be! His prices are affordable and his bikes are comfortable and in great condition! We will book with Steve at Vino Velo whenever we are in Niagara-on-the-lake! Thank you Steve for EVERYTHING!! :)

Vino Velo was the highlight of our ladies weekend! Steve and his crew were professional and so accommodating. John was the leader of our motley crew! He was so patient, full of information and history of the area. The winery's were ready for our tastings. We all had such a great time! No cycling experience needed.
