Called for an appt to have bathroom vent external covers replaced. Was very surprised when they had an appt same day in the aft. But then they showed up in the morning as a service man was close by. Timing was perfect. Young man was professional and did excellent work in a timely fashion. Quote was prepared before work was done and payment options were given and made easy. Would use this service again and refer them to anyone needing this type of work.

We highly recommend this company!! For way too long we have been dealing with a broken dryer vent, trying for many years to fix it ourselves. I contacted this company on Monday and they were here on Thursday!! We have a clean venting system and a new dryer vent. We are so happy. The tech that came was very professional and upfront about the costs prior to starting any of the repairs. He showed us the new vent and how it operated before installing it. When he needed to make a few adjustments, he talked to us first. We are so pleased with everything. We will be having them come yearly to keep our dryer venting system clean and working well. :)

I needed to have a new ductwork installed for my 17-year-old Kenmore dryer, to replace a vinyl duct I installed myself many years ago. Matt arrived on time, was very professional yet friendly, had all the answers to my questions and some I didn't know to ask. He worked diligently until EVERYTHING was done perfectly. I didn't imagine the horror, that included a mummified mouse, that was lurking in the bottom of my dryer after 17 years. Fluff, hair, dust and pet hair which had accumulated to almost 3 inches in height, some covering wiring, I figured it was all exiting though the ductwork. I am grateful to Matt for doing such an incredible job of cleaning everything, inside and out. Thank you, Matt, you're amazing!

Fast, efficient and very polite and knowledgeable. My dryer kept shutting off and I thought I need a new one, but Dryer Vent Wizard handled the problem very quickly and my dryer works great again!Very glad I got my lint build-up removed before I had a fire!

I happily proceeded with the required service (same appointment) and was impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. Zero cleanup required after their visit! Very pleased with the service by Matt. He explained all the issues related to our existing broken dryer vent and how it would have to be replaced with materials that were in line with modern building code (its an older house). He tried to provide multiple options so I could make an educated decision. Matt completed the work inspite of the challenges with how the house was built and where the exhaust vent for the home was placed. The quote was reasonable and we are extremely happy. Our clothes dry faster, we don't see any lint build up on the back wall of the dryer due to the previously broken vent and so on...Thanks for wielding your magic (Wizard)..
