The best thing a person can do on a friday night. Very stress relieving and help heal the busy week. Julien lepage is a great facilitator and makes circles of rhythm so much fun i recommend druming with circles for everyone

Circles of Rhythm - Friday Night Drum Circles
I attended Julien's drum circle on two retreats. His facilitation and the positive energy from this experience was incredible! As one person intimated, you may enter feeling drained and melancholy but when you are finished, you are energized and feel spectacular. I don't think it is possible to be surrounded by such incredible people and not be impacted by the experience. This healing experience is fun, funky and uplifting...and as a bonus you learn about the various percussion instruments. Always recommended. Caprice (CF Veteran)
