Purchase a Magnum Pathfinder ebike from Jason. There was an error with the order but Jason was quick to resolve it and provided quality service. Would purchase from again.

This is the best purchase ever. They have the best customer service. Also, they have the ebikes that other shops don't have (qualisports volador and dolphin). I ended up bought two bikes from them. And I have recommended my friends to buy from them as well. They have also helped me to get the extra accessories that I need (like basket, ebike carrying bags, etc). If you are looking for folding quality bikes, this is the place to shop!

Was referred here for their end of season sale. Great service from Jason who patiently helped with selecting the best ebike for my dad who has been searching for an E-bike for weeks. Narrowed down to the Beluga for foldability and the Magnum Pathfinder. Opted for the Pathfinder for overall value. Free delivery and they helped with complimentary assembly and live tutorial. Dad could not be happier. Lovely bike, the ocean blue colour looks way better in person. Thank you Jason and Team at Canetic!
