Wilder Snail Neighborhood Grocery & Coffee
This unique neighborhood cafe located in Stratcona on East Vancouver is my surprised found lately. They are famous for their gourmet sandwiches but I was out of luck to try any upon arrival. I ordered a cream cheese bagel and it tasted good. Interesting thing is that this cafe serves as a grocery store and sells postcards from local artists. Love the vibes here, will come back again to have their gourmet sandwiches.

Good coffee is okay, but bad services. The Asian lady working there on June 24, 2023, wearing blue sweater, is very impolite. She was pointing fingers without smiling or communicating to the customers. She might have had a bad day, but when out there serving the customers, she should be aware of her attitude.

What a nice experience. First time in the neighborhood. A friend of mine took me there for a coffee and a snack.One had the tuna and the other had the avacado and ham sandwich. Plus, the broccoli soup was so yummy.I love to people watch out the big windows.

Great café/store. The barista and the cashier are both very nice and friendly ^-^ I will be coming back whenever I’m in the area. It seems like a good café to study at.We got iced coffee and yuja tea, both were good.Location: Right across a parkParking: street parking

Good selection of items for the size. Perhaps a bit less variety of stock than the other local neighbourhood shops but I can usually find what I need. On the plus side this one is somewhere you can also grab a coffee and hang out. They also have some sandwiches and hot food / soups. Nice place to drop in on a rainy day. Staff is very friendly.
