Downtown Barrie Terminal

Barrie Downtown Terminal dosent even has the facility for the public washroom. The washrooms were closed and they did provide two portable washroom in which some random homeless was resting closed doors.. so the option for that was too closed.. I mean it is a public place and they should atleast have public washroom facilities. Barrie city could do better.. Disappointing.

Very very bad service never ever on time never and very disappointing drivers so bad experience ever in my life.

Can you guys please make sure that the blind people does not get this job? Literally calling me out for not scratching because he wasn't paying attention even knowing that I have scratched it. I have 3 more tickets on the 10 ride card, why would I ever try to lie about it?

One of the bus drivers was accusing me of not scratching the ticket. I showed her and I asked her can you see that. She wasn’t looking and she called me wait get back I should see that again. I told her you can check the cameras . It’s more accurate if your not sure after three times me showing you. Does it worth it to have all the headache and accusing others in front of everyone for nothing?I work hard and somethings when my car does not work I have to take a bus and it’s not fair to me. I’m paying for ticket and at least they can be respectful.I work as a costumer service as well and I know it’s a pain to work with all those people everyday. I can get it. But it is not fair to me as well.

Worst worst worst type of service ever.. i have run around 4-5 mins and reach to the bus stop at bus’s last door still it went away. I mean if someone runs this much then driver can wait till 10-15 seconds… and the bus was earlier then time. It was 8b northbound second last bus in the night. Such a worst service.

The inside and outside of the station has improved a lot. You can no longer smell only the bathroom when you're inside. But what happened to the buses .-.

$3.25 per ride now.. some drivers are not personable and when several drivers tested positive for Corona virus, the management would not disclose what routes these drivers were working on. The health and safety of the riders is not a concern, when common sense would say that should have been their #1 priority, allowing persons who used the busses driven by infected drivers to be promptly tested.Shame on the Barrie Transit service.It is time for a complete overhaul of our local transit service.

Friendly staff and well appointed services. Conveniently located next to the Lake Simcoe's' Downtown milestones. It does need a coffee parlor or something equivalent -inside- for colder days though.

Connect with Barrie Transit GO Transit Grey Hound Ontario Northland. The terminal has a customer service desk to purchase tickets and get information. It is wheel chair accessible and also has public restroom. Adequate seating is available and there is a great view of the Spirit Catcher. Wait time to purchase tickets can be more than 10 minutes so give yourself extra time when traveling via Transit.

The bus driver ignored me standing at the bus stop and left without me boarding the bus! Terrible experience!
