Worst experience of my lifeI doubt the place has been better since I left.It was dirty, elevator never works, full of bedbugs and cockroaches.

The Property Manager is by far the worst person to deal with. Extremely rude, unprofessional, poor customer service skills and very unapproachable. The building smells and is run down.If the Property Manager was fired it possibly would be run better and tenants may be happier dealing with management.

Moved in a month ago and my experience with all the staff has been excellent. Prompt and helpful responses to any request I have made.

Me and my husband just moved in, on September and we were so lucky to find this place as we were not in Calgary when we were searching for a place. Since then I personally did not have any issue with the building. There have been issues as some old reviews shows but with the new management of the building, it has been getting better, and it would be even better if they communicate more friendly as they are so formal now. New elevators are one example of such an improvement. Cockroaches are unavoidable, however we keep our apartment clean and we have seen them so rarely coming from outside of the unit. Another thing to mention is the noise of the train that is unavoidable here in downtown. It was noticeable at first but now I think we get used to it :). I like the fact that the building is smoke free and the people are so nice and friendly.

me and my wife been staying here since a year now, we never ran into any issues. The management is very helpful, we recently had to install shower filter, the staff helped with installation free of cost and instantly. Staff's always available to answer any questions one might have. Very affordable place, even the rent increment after a year is reasonable compared to other places in Downtown. Only thing is cockroaches, however, if you keep your apartment clean, you won't see them as much. The other thing is gym should have some additional equipments.

Don't be fooled by the veneer of niceness with which they have redone the lobby. Your rent here comes with your choice of cockroaches or bedbugs (or even both!).Management is petulent and intrusive - even as they steadfastly refuse to address these infestations or other issues which plague the buildings, they feel emboldened to enter your suite with minimal notice and photograph your private space. Notably, the leasing agent/property manager seems to direct her harassment and hostility to those least likely or able to complain to the LTRB.

don't know why rating so low probably before the new renovation. Help my parent in law rent an apartment. So far, they are very happy. the location is close to train and the room is clean. Staffs are helpful . especially Linda and Karen. good job!

Move in was a breeze, office staff were super helpful, and the maintenance team are on top of things. The resident manager is really good to deal with, and gets back to you fast with any questions you may have. The building is cleaned in the entry way and hallways daily, as are the elevators. Only con is the darn train. But that’s downtown life, and there’s tons of other huge buildings that have to deal with it as well. All in all, a positive experience so far! Love my new spot!

This unit is quite big and open. The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly also. It is very near to LRT. With this price ,this is nice apartment to live in.

Apartments are good, but ELEVATORS are not working from months, there are three elevators in one building but only single is working with unusual stops, other facilities such as swimming pool and recreational facility should be there as compared to other apartments in downtown area.
