Do not bother bringing your older vehicle here for something as a simple as a wheel alignment. I was told after coming in for the appointment that the computer couldn’t read my VIN because of the age. The employee who delivered this news was apologetic, but when I came back to tell a different employee that they should check this type of info before making an appointment so as to not waste people’s time, he barely made eye contact or seemed to care. In future this would be information that would save from people changing work schedules, ect for scheduled appointments.

Had a dead car battery when we got home from vacation. It was 4:00pm so got a ride over to Canadian Tire and bought a new battery that was already charged. Happy they are open later on Sundays.

I am an 18 year old college student who recently got repairs done on my first car. Me being new to getting my car fixed I unfortunately had someone miscommunications with the workers that left me quite frustrated. But after the auto shop team heard my feedback they immediately called me back to apologize and booked me in for the next day. They fixed my issue for completely free and there mechanic Gary helped me to understand the confusion and what was fixed in my car. Exceptional customer service, moving forward I would highly recommend this auto shop to anyone.

They did the job, left the car sitting in the lot after the new tires went on for more than an hour while I waited in the lobby. When I asked if I could pay the counter rep said he’d tell me when it was ready and left me waiting another 20 mins. Got the tires on clearance, probably the nicest thing I could say about the place.

One of the most arrogant customer service Canadian Tire station you can ever find. Went for seasonal tire change. They rushed, didn't let me read service and charge, charged without justication and comes up with store policy on the fly. Suggestions to others, do not use it .
