Rugby Ontario is such a joke. They constantly increase the membership costs to the Ontario clubs to fund their top heavy organization. They provide almost zero services or benefits to the rugby clubs they are supposed to support. Their latest tactic to deal with clubs feeling pressure from increased costs is having an intern compile a list of available grants in the province that clubs can try to apply for.
