I bought my refrigerator from CAS before six months from lebovic store. That was also a very good experience.Now This was awesome experience with Markham CAS store. I bought cooktop dishwasher and wall oven and the overall experience was very nice and co operative from the inside store staff till the delivery done.The comparative market price for almost all the appliances are very fairly quoted.Happy customer ☺️

I have bought a washer dryer and a fridge with CAS on separate occasions and the delivery was low stress. Instillation and removal and always went smoothly. Rebecca at the store was very patient and thorough when reviewing my order and my options with me. Lovely interaction all around.

Terrible service- we wanted Bosch products, and been told before that Bosch has a bad history of delays- prior to purchase, i discussed this with CAS and they assured me that this may not be the case as we are ordering 10 months in advance. Now a year later and we haven't received our dishwasher and they keep delaying it. I wanted to discuss it with manager, over and over they would say manager cannot do anything

Salesperson was deceptive. He was asked for an all in price and provided it with Delivery and Haul away. I called the contract installer before delivery and they indicated that there may be an ADDITIONAL cost to install a junction box. I went back to the store to inquire as this was never mentioned in our all-in quote. I asked him if he ever sold a Bosch before, he said yes and INSISTED that there would already be a junction box from my install 3 years ago for our Kitchen Aid that lasted 3 years. All in price means all in. If you don't know, say I don't know" and DONT upsell me.....very disappointed with your Kitchen Aid product and further disappointed by your salesforce.BUYERS BEWARE :-)"

Joseph was a fantastic salesman at the Markham location. He was on top of all of our appliances and kept us up to date. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery drivers were professional and friendly.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the Whirlpool WRF757SDHZ refrigerator that I purchased from this store. Only a few months after buying this fridge, it stopped working and we had to have a repair person come out multiple times to try to fix it. It has now broken down four times, and today it broke again, unfortunately the one year warranty has already expired.This is completely unacceptable, as we have lost groceries due to this ongoing issue and have not received any compensation. We need a reliable product, and the customer service we have received has not been satisfactory. It's frustrating because this is way out of our control and we're stuck with a faulty appliance.Overall, I cannot recommend this refrigerator based on my experience. I urge potential buyers to consider other options to avoid similar issues and frustration.

If you need a new appliance then you need CAS. From product choice thru to their white glove" installation CAS made the frustrating task of replacing a defunct appliance as easy as possible. Call Johnny Wong at their Markham location and stop trying to fix your old appliance hoping it will last another month. Run don't walk to CAS for all your appliance needs."
