Highly recommend! I had a dress for an event that needed some last minute alterations and they managed to fit me in, did a perfect job on the alterations, and had it done in less than a day. The price was also very reasonable. I’ve brought in dry cleaning too and they always do a fantastic job and you can’t beat the customer service.

Zak did a fantastic job with my partner’s suit. Great attention to detail and an eye for fit and proportions. A lot of alterations were needed (tightening the back and sides, shortening the cuff and pants); it was a bigger job than initially anticipated but they were still able to deliver with timely service!

I got a terrible alteration service for an expensive suit pants. They made the damage worse and much bigger. They refused any compensation for that damage because there is no proof remained as pictures. I also got a Canada goose dry cleaning from them and the fur around the hood rim was scorched. It is clear for me that I got the service from them but their temporary employee girl might put the order as regular down jacket dry cleaning and then they denied it was done by them because there is no record as Canada goose. It is a miserable feeling to see a person to run their business in their neighbourhood like that way.

What a great experience! Really made my day. I had ripped my jacket on the lining of the zipper in the middle of a snow storm. The pretty lady at the front asked for Jack to come up front called for Jack to come upstairs and Jack was nice enough to stop his busy day and help a guy out. Just amazing customer service and will be recommending Broadway Cleaners to all my friends and family.

The best place for alterations! Zach is so talented and they can literally do anything. I have had bathing suits altered there and was referred there by another seamstress. They were so incredible about helping adjust the straps on my bachelorette dress in record time. Incredibly grateful!

As someone who is new to the area and who loves supporting local/family-run shops, I wish I could leave a better review. Every interaction I had throughout my 4 visits made me feel as though I was bothering the staff with my business. I did, however, notice a difference if you were a regular. During my last visit I picked up my wedding suit pants that were initially hemmed too short (during a previous visit) and now fixed. I was charged twice (for the initial hem AND for the fix) despite it being an admitted shop error, and asking for a refund for the latter seemed to offend Jack. As for the work completed, the first hem crease was still visible after the alteration.

Sam and Zack were awesome!I came here as a first time customer. I’m the maid of honour for my sister’s wedding that was supposed to have happened before the Covid restrictions. The wedding was postponed and now is approaching in three weeks and I procrastinated on getting the dress tailored that no longer fits.They were both very sweet and understanding, and gave me a lot of confidence that my dress will look good and be ready on time.I have yet to see the result but I’m very confident I will be happy with the result. Glad I came here - the customer service was absolutely top notch!Thank you Sam and Zack!!! :)

A lovely little gem along Mt. Pleasant. I thought I had a broken zipper on my son’s footmuff, but Jack fixed it up without needing to replace it.

I have dealt with Jack at Broadway Cleaners for over 15 years and I would trust them with any item of clothing I own no matter how expensive it is. Jack is truly a magician who has reconstructed jackets and dress shirts upon weigh loss, tailored pants perfectly as well as every item of clothing my wife has needed alterations with to her very specific requests. Best of all, Jack has always been honest if he felt the alteration I was asking for would not turn out right and offered his opinions so my expectations were set. Jack always comes through if I have a rush job and his pride in his work shows every time. In addition to all this, every item I have sent for cleaning has always come back perfectly. It is a pleasure to support an independent business like Jack and his family. I could move an hour away and I would still make the drive to deal with Broadway Cleaners just knowing my clothes were in the best hands!
