Overpriced and a very poor selection. I didn't have my phone so I wasn't sure what to get. I was told that buying two 3.5s was a great deal. I later looked at the website and found out I could have bought the same product for a much cheaper price if I bought I a full quarter bag instead. I went back for compensation but they immediately brought security out as soon I made a complaint in a very calm manner. The manager came out rudely dismissed me with zero explanation. Interesting how security never seems to remove loud abusive people from inside or especially OUTSIDE. They are just bodyguards for cowardly pathetic managers that have no redeeming qualities

Worst selection...they barely have anything. I don't know how they claim to be the best in Ottawa. I can name 3 other dispensaries that are 100% better...price wise and selection wise.This store is kind of a joke.

Great place. Nice staff. When they are open, I like that there is a separate area for people to pick up online orders so they don't have to wait in line with people who do not know what they want The one drawback I have found is that it can sometimes be hard to figure out where the line is. The flow of customers is not clearly marked. That may have changed since the pandemic begin.They also have curb-side pick up and excellent delivery when delivery is permitted.

I used Stash & Co a lot before a new different store opened up closer to me recently. Their selection is generally pretty good although I've gone in there a few times and their inventory had been completely decimated. It was gamble if certain things were still available. Which yeah, good for them business is clearly doing well but settling and buying a different product than what you originally intended to go in for is less than ideal. Store is also pretty cramped on the inside.

Overall a very friendly and colourful store. The staff are always nice, knowledgable, and there to help with what you need. Their product selection is excellent and always up to date with the newest drops from the OCS, which is nice. Product pricing is fair, plus they price match! Not to mention their other ongoing promotions that make purchasing there fairly economic in comparison to other cannabis shops.Their points program is also very convenient - a lot of great discounts on needed accessories or apparel.

I have submitted an online order with your OTTAWA - CENTRETOWN location at 9:00pm. Everything was fine, order submitted, payment taken. But unexpectedly when I arrived to the store at 10:00pm it's closed. With a sign stating that they closed early at 9pm without reason.This is really inconvenient especially since it's a Saturday night, this should be a prime day/night for sales. And they don't close until 11:00pm.I would like to add that this isn't the first time I unexpectedly found this location close early.I'm a weekly customer and I really liked stash and co. But after this, again, it really puts a bad taste in my mouth about going back again.Now I'm out of money and cannabis....

Bought a vape around 2 to 3pm. The rechargeable disposable kind. Fully broken won't charge as I've tried for the past several hours. The cashier was so high she couldn't do her job so I have no recite bc she didn't offer and moved onto the next. She barely could function she was so high. None of the other workers where high or her. Have no idea what to do with this broken 50 dollar vape I just bought.
