Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Mobility on Mainway. Terri was attentive and took her time assessing and asking questions about my footwear and feet concerns. She provided me with quality, custom orthotics and orthotic footwear that arrived under 2 weeks. She was very helpful in dealing with insurance questions and made the process painless. The team not only is incredibly knowledgeable and has the educational background to provide a full and comprehensive assessment, but she also took the time to diagnose, educate and provide alternatives for me. Mobility also helped me work with my insurance company which can be very picky to ensure I was taken care of. Ben was able to custom fit a pair of orthotics for me and was able to provide an RX for insurance purposes. Great experience. Started with an assessment of our feet and walking gait. Orthotics were made and delivered in a timely manner. Fitting in a pair of shoes was excellent and worked great. Orthotics fitted very well and are helping well.

I had a fabulous experience at Mobility on Mainway! We met with Terri-Lyn Jones who was extremely helpful in figuring out what our benefits covered for custom orthotics. She did a thorough examination, including checking range of motion and explained to us in detail the process, options, and what to expect. I’ve been wearing custom orthotics for over 30 years, and I’ve never had such great and thorough service. When we picked up the orthotics, Terri-Lyn took the time to test fit and make sure we were happy and comfortable. She also sent us a follow up email on a factory sale of one of their suppliers. We were thrilled with the deals! I really appreciate the care Terri-Lyn provided us, and I would highly recommend her if you are considering orthotics.

Went with my husband to get his foot scan. Front desk staff was very helpful. They also have great shoes like Brooks, Clark's, etc on sale for amazing prices
