John is amazing. Very helpful. Karen is the nicest lady. Has helped me for iver 15yrs at Bridgenorth location. She deserves a serious raise. Huge asset to the company! Hope ypu get this, head office! This lady rocks the aminal store!

Wonderful pet store. The (owner?) is great. Very helpful. Usually has a bird at the front of the store. I like this store because it is small but well stocked and the staff are knowledgeable. I would much rather shop local and support this store then go to a big box store. The only negative is if you need to make a left hand turn out of the parking lot.

Conveniently located and we'll stocked with bird feed and all manner of dog, cat and any kind of pet food. Lots of leashes muzzles and pet clothing. Solid customer for 10 years
