James went above and beyond with our sauna order. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped us decide which model would work best for our space.There were a number of shipping and logistical issues which had nothing to do with their store, and James took care of us right till the end. We bought a barrel sauna from James at Backyard Canada and love it!James was fantastic and answered all of my questions. He made sure I had the dimensions I needed to ensure the sauna will fit. James and the team did a great job delivering and setting up our new Clearwater Orlando. Great spa with lots of jets, wireless connection and even a subwoofer! Delivery was within a week of purchase - rare these days.

My wife and I attended the home show on Saturday 25th Feb 2023, as we want to do some significant enhancements to our front and back yards this year. One of those enhancements was to purchase a new hot tub. We had a hot tub, from a competitor company, in our previous property, which we had to leave as part of the sale, so we were naturally drawn to the previous company's exhibition at the home show. I was not impressed with their team or products on display or pricing therefore continued to walk around the main floor.When we came across Backyard Canada exhibit the energy and enthusiasm from their team were magnetic. We were quickly drawn into the space where we met Michael and Jake.Michael’s knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, and patience was exemplary. He took the time to listen to our requirements and quickly aligned us to the Party 915 model. We agreed on a price and to my surprise, Jake committed to delivering and installing the hot tub on Monday 27th Feb.I won’t lie I was skeptical that this would materialize but I went ahead and lined up my trades to have the necessary services installed to be ready for the promised afternoon delivery. Jake and his trusty colleague the Hulk turned up early afternoon and very proficiently and professionally installed our new hot tub in the prepared area. We quickly went to work wiring up the hot tub and commenced filling it with water and by 6 pm we had switched the hot tub on, and everything worked as designed. My wife and I are extremely excited at trying out our new hot tub this evening.I just want to congratulate Backyard Canada management for building an incredible team. This level of customer care and service is unfortunately very rare these days. I just felt compelled to reach out and acknowledge Michael, Jake, Jill, and the rest of the team for exemplary customer service. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with this company and their service providers.

Love our new “Heat Track” mats from Backyard Canada… A deck is always awkward to shovel, and the last thing we wanted to do was chew up our new decking while shovelling. But we still wanted to use our Hot Tub when it’s needed most!The mats work great! I have them plugged into a “smart” plug, and now when the snow starts all I have to do is say “Alexa, turn on the mats” and we”re good to go!
