Dairy Queen (Treat)

A little disappointed, missing bits in the blizzard. Basically just soft serve ice cream. The staff were very nice and working hard. I am sure they were overwhelmed with the customers and all of the incoming skip orders.

Nice old school DQ location. Nothing fancy, just the goods

Newly opened , took teen grandkids for blizzards and the cups were not even full. This location used to be the best for that, apparently not any longer

3 young clerks serving people after closing time and still having a great time. Wonderful staff. Congratulations

UPDATE: I Messaged Dairy queens online Customer service 5 days ago and still have not got a response.Bought a Strawberry Cheese cake Blizzard ice Cream Cake for My Daughter's Birthday. The Customer service was Excellent when I bought the cake. The young ladies Nev, and not sure of the other young ladies name, but they where Very Kind, and professional. I had a issue with the cake though. The cheese cake pieces tasted sour, and spoiled. I will be calling today with a complaint, and I will update my review with the service I get upon complaining.

Was priced well and served quickly

I went to this location about 2 weeks ago to get some blizzards it was like walking into a club music loud the 3 girl employees dancing and singing I could hardly hear when they took and read order back the girl had to ask me twice my order cause she was laughing with the other girl I was a bit annoyed then she messed up as well not one of the 6 blizzards I got were upside down (not that I cared but don’t advertise it)I went last night as soon as I walked in waited with no line for the same 3 to come and music loud laughing and all again didn’t realize it was like a club I dont mind Gwen Stefani but with that so loud and the machine right beside the cash the noise is ridiculous they can’t hear and I have to repeat the order they keep saying ok when I wasn’t done needed 7 blizzards and again mess up made one a small when was a medium as well again not upside down served and the chocolate brownie extreme was not made correctly no chocolate syrup I go to pay and no gift cards able to she is lucky I didn’t just leave then that’s ridiculous the sign is not at the cash but on the wall to the side where you won’t look first I will not go back to this location even if Closer the drive to Queenston and lake is more professional

Ordered an ice cream cake for Mother’s Day. Was ready for pick up when we arrived, ordering process online was easy and the cake looked great. Price is a little high but it was delicious.

Very disappointed; the girls make a mistake on my ice cream; I ask for the new caramel fudge cheesecake and they forgot to add the cheesecake; had to come back after I left with my family; today is 30° is very hot so as I got back to let them know about their mistake the ice cream is a bit melted; the one girl very rudely say if I want another one have to pay for it because I already have some; I say of course how do you think I noticed that was no cheesecake on it.Well, she didn't want to make me a new one so that was money that went to the garbage.Dairy Queen needs to train their staff better; this happen at 1205 Main Street East.
