So we went there to have a look at some vehicles to figure out what would be the best option for us. Most places have limited stock at the moment, it was no different here. But the service was lacking, every question we asked the sales person had to check with someone else. Furthermore they tried to show us a car on their phone, seems to be a little unorganized as I could have looked at them on my phone at home. When you're at the dealership, you expect a little bit more one-on-one service that kind of answers. The questions that you don't have time to research online, like what kind of packages come on? What kind of vehicle? What is the best package? What is that basically include and the differences between the packages offered on the vehicle? The salesperson had none of those answers. Had to ask the manager questions or look it up on the Toyota's website. When we went the dealership was not busy. Rest assured this was not a good experience at all.

Super disappointed with my visit to Jim Pattison Toyota today. I had tried calling to arrange a time to view some cars as I have been shopping around, but I did not get through to anyone. I decided to just drop in and I was connected to a sales associate once I asked for help at reception. The sales associate did not introduce himself and was very short with me. I told him what I was looking for and he told me the cars they had were already sold which I somewhat expected. I then asked the process of ordering a vehicle and he briefly explained it. The sales associate offered me a used vehicle which costs $14k more than ordering a new vehicle which I thought was odd considering I let him know I was looking for a new vehicle. I'm not sure if I didn't get good service because I am viewed as a young female, but every other dealership I have been to has provided greater service. Guess I'll stick with Honda.

I called in to see availability on a hard to find car . They had it ! Rolando enthusiastically shared his knowledge on the product . His passion for cars was evident constantly. During an approval stage of the deal we had a few minutes to relax and chat and it all felt very laid back, comfortable as well having a nice human experience with great conversation. Aiden is next to thank . He’s a great guy who felt like an old friend . His thorough explanation of everything helped me understand and learn . I feel the trade in value he gave me was generous and in truly happy with my deal.
