Cannot say enough nice things. The lovely staff not only were able to get me in same day due to high levels of dental pain , but they also ended up staying late in order to correctly fix the issue -talk about above and beyond. From someone who has some anxiety about dental work the whole team was nothing other than kind supportive and patient. Thank you so much to everyone there .

Excellent!Very friendly and accommodating. Several times they have helped me out last minute for appointments including getting me in the same day when I had an tooth ache.I’ve had to wear a night guard for 30 years and only when I starting seeing Dr.Lail I was recommended to specialist for the first time. So I now have a perfectly fitted mouth guard for the first time. Over the years I’ve had a few very uncomfortable ones. Very happy to have found a dentist who cares!!

The friendly and compassionate staff develop positive relationships with their clients and provide a calming environment for whatever procedure you are undergoing from a simple cleaning to wisdom teeth extractions. Dr Lail has always been very helpful to me with my teeth issues. He is gentle and supportive when dealing with my particular gagging issue when getting dental work. His Dental Hygenisits are also very gentle with the same issue and the work they do cleaning my teeth. The receptionist is super friendly and does all the work to make sure billing and appointment scheduling is done right. One of the best dentists and dental staff I have even dealt with

Dr Lails staff are all professional and great at their jobs. Chris that manages the office is the best. She is thorough, explains what she is doing as she goes along and speaks kindly to her assistants.I’ve had Dr Lail in the past. Dr Lail and staff are very professional, friendly, and quite punctual. They give their advice and opinion and let you make your decisions. Chris manages the front desk well and is cheerfully sincere every visit. Have not had an unpleasant experience yet and we have been with them for over 5 years.

I am very grateful to Dr. Elena and Dr. Bob Lail for preparing my tooth and fitting me with a new crown and bonding it, when two previous crowns had fallen off from that same tooth. It has been 6 months since and the crown is behaving very well.I am also thankful to Dr. Elena for performing a very delicate procedure under another of my molars which had a deep cavity below the crown. This was painful for a few days, but since then, has been very good and I am now able to use both sides.There were one or two other problem" teeth but sadly I did not have the time as I was moving away. Maybe I will be able to return to Woodstock some day soon !I wish the entire team at the office the very best.Happy Christmas!"
