I was disappointed with the quality of the food. My wife's salmon was so overcooked she only had a few bites. The chicken sandwich was relatively dry. The best item we had were the chicken wings.

Ate here every night while staying at Château Lake Louise. I enjoyed the hamburger, the salmon salad and my favorite drink was the Chaplin, made with cranberry infused gin.

Food was not goodAte better food at Canmore. For a restaurant at Fairmont this is below standard.Nachos bad chips and cheese.Waitress was nice and prompt but low star for service because when I raised my concern, she said will bring Manager and she never bother to show up even though Waitress told her in front of us.Unfortunately read reviews after eating else would have never eaten here.

Mussels, porc belly, lamb and salad. It was a nice start to our vacay stay at the Château. It was a busy evening so we’re lucky to get a table at the prime time.

Had a great experience! We sat at the bar and Max waited on us. The food, service and drinks were all amazing. There was live music the night we were there and it was great as well. Towards the end of the night Max made some off-menu cocktails that were delicious and took the time to have a great conversation with us. Will be back!

The kitchen and staff are lazy when it comes to allergies so be cautious. When I asked about gluten they kept saying they can't guarantee anything and refused to help me until I pointed out that answer doesn't help the customer and the kitchen should know their processes well enough to give recommendations. Then suddenly they had suggestions. The food was fine but over priced for size and quality.

Great food, great service. It’s a resort so pricey but worth it for the experience. Took us without a reservation. Best fish and chips I’ve had in years.

This had good food. I wouldn’t call it great by any means, but I didn’t have great food anywhere in the Rockies with exception to the Patricia Street Deli in Jasper. As a foodie, it is disheartening, but I understand that the mountains isn’t always the best place for a foodie to visit. Good thing I went here for the hikes/scenery! Overall, its decent food, decent beer selection, good vibes, very clean, and great staff. We ate here twice and while it wasn’t memorable, it is consistent.

We took bar seating, we just prefer it. Attentive service, good recommendations. The food was almost perfectly prepared. Highly recommend the pork belly, mashed potato/fondue and the butterscotch dessert. If you like cocktails, try any of them. They are fabulous and balanced.
