They checked my calculations and made recommendations actually saving us money. Right up to pickup, Mike on the forklift was great. These guys are terrific. My wife and I dropped by to see the StoneRox product for our new fireplace The gentleman there spent a great deal of time with us answering our questions, providing a range of samples to take with us and offering suggestions as to framing and possible masons. Worth the drive!

Wanting to support Canadian business, we decided on Stonerox.Not wanting to make mistake of measuring, we had Derek from Stonerox to take the measurements and placed / paid for our order based on his measurements, which came out to 41 large boxes.We used more then we had originally planned and we had 7 full boxes left over.Wanting to return the unused product to Stonerox they would only make accept a return with a “20% restocking fee”.I don’t have an issue paying for my mistakes, it’s not my responsibility in paying for Stonerox’s employee inability to do their job.It’s been over 6 month and nothing has been resolved nor has anyone made the effort to come speak in person.
