Unethical business practices, welcome to Regus. From charging you an activation fee that is double the monthly cost to slipping in yearly subscription on monthly contract requests.Predatory business trying to integrate online. Watch out!

Is Regus harbouring unethical businesses that have a terrible reputation? I was advised to call Regus from the management of 4711 Yonge st as I wanted to confirm if they have sublet any office space to a business involved in deceptive practices against new immigrants to Canada. The business is called Canadapt consultancy which recently changed their address from a Warehouse to Regus’ shared office space at 4711 Yonge. The receptionist who answered my phone call told me to call again twice, when I called in again I was told a manager will get in touch at their earliest, (who is currently in a meeting) days passed and I had to call again. The same receptionist answered the phone and threatened me to not call again and refused to escalate my request.Regus needs to train their staff and stop giving the impression that they are supporting business that have multiple complaints against them at ICCRC, and CBSA. I have also reached out to the local MP, Media, Toronto police and the Immigration ministry to help me and many others who’ve been a victim of Canadapt and their malpractices. Regus please take notice!
