Went for the Friday Steak night. The options were for 6oz or 10 oz I went with the 10oz and it was cooked perfectly. I ordered med rare and it was juicy and delicious. The cut had some light fat that was delicious too. I got the mushrooms on it and the flavor they cooked on it made it amazing. The sides they had was baked potato. At the salad bar it had 4 different mixes ceaser, broccoli grape. Another one I didn't have and a egg salad. There was also beans and buns that were very good from the people who had them in our party. It's a little town that is worth the drive. I hope to return again.

Awesome place in small town Alberta. Nothing to look at from the outside, it's a pleasant restaurant/bar inside that seems to be loved by the owner and his customers. The owner, Dean, was awesome. A great meal for a great price, I would go out of the way to visit Donalda again. Who knew what the roast beef would be like, but it was actually an incredible home cooked meal.

Absolutely the best food in central Alberta, from steak night to wing nights to the best burgers hands down.Never disappointed or hungry leaving this place not to mention the atmosphere and small town welcome every time we travel here from afar. Highly recommend

We went in for their famous bacon cheeseburgers and they were the best we have had. Fresh made, juicy and very tasty. This place is is clean and very cool on a hot day. A rare jem you need to stop in for a bite to eat if you're driving by Donalda! We can't wait to go back.

Was introduced to the Donalda Tavern by my best friend’s family that farms in the area. Have been going to the tavern for the past 9 years and it is a local family that owns it. Friday Steak nights with Dino's special finishing sauce, amazing salad bar with multiple different options, and to top it off the home-made buns are unreal. Saturday night wing night is also amazing. Still trying to figure out what he puts in the tequila lime seasoning...... Highly recommend eating here, should have the title of best steak in Alberta!
