Basic ticket office with waiting seats for Red Arrow and E-Bus passengers. Vending machines for snacks and drinks. Washrooms available for passengers. Need to request passcode from office staff.

Amazing bus service with reasonable cleanliness, on-time leaving from stop points, and all required sitting arrangements available a person required while travelling- charging point, bag storage area and toileting facility at the back.Thank you.

2 staff @ the front counters is super nice.The Washroom is available @ the back of the office area. (You need to ask the code from the front desk, though).Drivers is well-trained & nice, too, after a return trip (back and forth) between CAL & EDM.

Exceptional customer service, bus always leave on time arrives at my location on time, the driver's are very professional, and courteous. Every worker that I have encountered at Red Arrow always give me great customer service.One other thing I like about red arrow, is the cleanliness of their buses/washrooms; I call Red Arrow the airplane on wheels, it looks and feels like an airplane.

Absolutely racist bus driver told my mother to not talk on the bus. We were literally whispering. There were many people speaking way louder than us. He didnt seem to have a problem with them. Never taking this bus again.

Great bus drivers. The driver that got us to Calgary was awesome ! The roads were black ice, vehicles in the ditches most of the way there, he just drove only as fast as the icy hwy would allow, then continue at a slower speed, for the safety of the passengers. Even though we were way behind schedule. He made sure we arrived safe.!

I couldn’t recommend this bus service more! I used this company for my first bus ride and it was made quick and efficient by the employees! There are snacks, wifi, movies, everything to make your journey comfortable.
