Louie and Fion were fantastic hosts and shared their time to explain the background of the items I found interest in. They were extremely hospitable and patient, the people from across the street at Canadian Crafts were NOT. I felt like I was being audited and monitored for theft. I highly recommend coming by this shop for gift ideas. Cheers!

There is a nice variety of souvenirs and very cute choices. The employees are very kind and helpful.

The store was very nice I love the product they sell too, but one of the store owners is very overwhelming. He tended to hover in hopes of being helpful. If your an anxious shopper just be ready to be heavily persuaded.

I was glad that I was able to stop by before leaving Vancouver. My flight was leaving the next day and I needed to track down some souvenirs for my family, friends, and co-workers. The gentlemen were very kind and were patient. They made good small talk and gave interesting tidbits about some of the items. To be honest, the items were priced nicely and I was in and out pretty quickly. Next time I visit, I'll be sure to stop by and pick up another item or two. Again, aside from the fantastic selection, the two gentleman were friendly. I got keychains for some coworkers, a shirt for a good friend, and a small espresso mug for one of my roommates who used to live in Vancouver. They were all satisfied with their items and now I look forward to delivering the rest of the gifts to my family and some friends. If you're into giving gifts, you'll have a field day at this location. A great experience!

Wonderful little gift shop on Robson St! I've been going here for years and the staff is also so friendly. Very reasonable prices and great place to find locally made souvenirs. I always find something when I pop in this store :-)

The owner was very nice and friendly! We came for the Mark Lee Vancouver shirts and they had just restocked them~ reasonable price for them too

We been to a couple souvenir shops but nothing seemed to compare to this place! They had everything we were looking for an even things we weren't looking for. I think they said they were in business for over 20 years. And the owners were super nice and said he gets only high-quality goods! Definitely give this place a chance if you're looking for souvenirs in Vancouver.

Mr Louis was so friendly! He made our visit very enjoyable. We were able to pick up a great variety of souvenirs including First Nations made items.
