I love Starbucks. My sister and I stop at, at least 3 different locations throughout the week. Sometimes 2x a day.But since before Christmas I've been having issues with the 227th location. My last 10 orders have been wrong. And 1 of those orders I ended up wearing due to the fact that the lid wasn't on properly.I understand that there's many orders and you only have so long to prepare an order. Just please make sure that you're reading the label.

Stopped in for a coffee, and to use the restroom. Great staff, very friendly and efficient, and very clean facilities. It was quite busy, and they were knocking the orders out. Awesome, as always.

I was there today and got fresh, good tasting coffee, thank you. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which is the No. 1 reason why I will chose to go to this location in the future. Thank you!

Although it was extremely efficient, my matcha latte was really burnt and tasted pretty grim.The joint does have a drive through which is very congested. However, unfortunately they took all the chairs from outside so there is also no outdoor seating anywhere.I do love starbucks but unfortunately quite disappointed by this visit.

Five people behind the counter but all focus is on drive thru meaning that we as walk in customers were forced to waiting 10 minutes to get served. Too many inexperienced staff on a shift at the same time?

Great service here. Takeout lineup can be long (up to 15 mins) but the people are friendly and helpful.

The drive through is the absolute SLOWEST drive through I have EVER been to in my life!!!! I thought it would be faster than going in, but it literally took 15 minutes!!!!

ordered my drink at 11:28, got there at 11:30, estimated time was for 11:37 did the mobile app cause it’s suppose to be faster. was sat waiting for over half an hour for 1 drink, they gave me the wrong drink and everyone that came in after me and ordered at the till got their drinks within 5 minutes. tried talking to someone but they were all too busy chatting amongst themselves. awful service.

I am here roughly 3 x a week to study, and I am always welcomed with smiling faces. They know my drinks and my name that I prefer a mug over a paper cup, and if something is wrong with my order, they fix it without asking. It's a place that I look forward to going to on my study days.
