Entrepôt Public

Our company has been renting a locker for 7 years and the staff has always been professional. They work extremely hard to keep their customers happy, and the premises clean.

I am so very pleased with Public Storage Dorval! I can only say amazing things from the 2 years I have rented a storage space. This year I needed a space and immediately I thought of Despina. She left me with such a great experience last year and so there was no doubt to go back to her this year. I was so happy to see she was still there with her great smile and warm welcome! Again she helped me with my urgent needs and with her quick accommodated presence she got me the storage I needed. I am first time renter. I had an idea that required storage space. First I thought I would rent an office or a small store since there was so many empties around but I didn't want to commit to a long lease. Also I didn't know how much space I needed so Public Storage was an good option since I could increase or decrease the space as required. Ron and Despina were so helpful. They showed me outside and inside units and gave me as much time I needed to decide. Very friendly. Very professional. As for the building, the location for me was perfect. It's easy to get to but still off from busy streets. I took a unit on the second floor. I thought that would be a problem having to wait for an elevator but with two available one always seems to be empty. For convenience their is also a washroom on the ground floor right beside the elevators. The dock can accommodate all types of trucks. I have to say the building was well designed. Look at the pictures. The place is spotless. No garbage anywhere. Also security is everywhere. I like, when I put my code on the elevator panel it says welcome with my name so they know who has entered the building and what floor was pressed. So far it has been an excellent experience. I recommend Public Storage and thank Ron and Despina for doing a great job.

Great experience at Public Storage. The place is always clean and it’s easy to access the storage unit. Staff is very helpful - thanks Despina for always being there to answer my questions and provide good advice.

Marzena gave me a superb service, along with Despina and Ron. I was there for a while and they always gave me a great service and felt personalized.The only negative thing I can think of (and this is me really trying to find a single negative thing about this place) is how the elevators don’t fit on the wider side of a pallet (48inches) and we did have pallets where the jigger would only fit on the wider side but we figured it out.Aside from that, still a 10/10 and if you have a normal pallet (like 99% of pallets) you’ll have 0 issues.I also wonder if they heat/AC the units? It’s a very stable temperature all year round unlike most storage units I’ve dealt with.

I give this facility a 5 star because the staff was always friendly, polite, helpful...Thank you, Ron and Despina! The climate control is excellent, there is not a hind of dampness, the place is kept clean. Loading and unloading is easy, and I was always able to get a trolley on the ground level. The place is safe and other renters are considerate.

I was impressed to see how clean my storage unit and all the building was. Ron the manager and his staff were curtious and answered all of my questions. Great customer service! I highly recommend this storage in Dorval.Alexandra D.C.
