I randomly choose the place to repair my jewelry and was amazed by the service excellence of Aaron Signature & Co. Salesperson Valentina was very polite and extremely professional. They repaired my jewelry on time and for reasonable price. Would highly recommend this place to anyone

I had a watch with dead battery and missing belt buckle. The results were far better than I expected. Battery was changed and I have got a new anti allergy sport band watch maker made perfectly fit for my hand. Had an awesome experience here!

Great service! Had my wife’s engagement ring repaired here. The jeweller did an excellent job replacing the stone and fixing the claw at a very reasonable cost. They also made an effort to have it done by Valentine’s Day even though I was not expecting it.

I needed my gold chain fixed and they did amazing job on a hard to fix custom chain and pendant. I also bought really nice antique painting for really low price. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone that needs jewelry or any work done to broken jewelry. And a great selection of watches with in store watch maker.

A couple months ago I went into Aaron Signature to buy a new ring. I couldn’t find one in my size or a design I really loved at the time. The sales person, Valentina, took down my phone number and said she will call back when they will receive more rings. When she called me back to go into the store, she showed me about 10 new ring designs that were all my size and all so beautiful! I picked a very nice ring in the end that I am very happy with. Valentina was very nice, helpful and knew exactly the style I really wanted so I am very grateful for her expertise.

Aaron’s helped me fix a family heirloom stone. The ring was initially very old and rusty but we wanted to preserve the jade. They did a fantastic job in helping me recreate a new white gold ring using the existing stone. Adding a modern touch to the family piece, and they were very accommodating with follow up resizing to make sure I have the best fit.Me and my family will definitely be going back for our jewellery needs in the future!

Terrible, went to replace my battery and instead they broke the crown of my $3000 watch, then the old guy, Michael, was saying hes not a watch professional and he will go ask his watchmaker friend to fix it. And he was saying he would replace the battery for free (after he broke my crown) I waited 2 weeks and watch has been replaced with cheap 3rd party thing and said everythings fixed. And there are scratches that werent there. Ha… Then the Russian old lady was saying i need to still pay for the battery even after they destroyed my 3000 dollars watch. So i looked at Michael and he was acting like he never said he will replace my battery for free. What a joke,, and they try to collect every penny from you even after they break your jewels. When i asked them what they are going to do about my watch, they said nothing. UNBELIEVABLE. They are the worst business i ever encountered in Canada. Im going to speak to my lawyer friend and really consider a lawsuit for this issue.I understand people make mistakes, but the way they were handling it and not compensating (instead, asking me for money for battery) this is non sense. You can’t do business like that guys. If you made mistake, admit it, apologize and fix it, make up for itDO NOT GO HERE and thank me later. I wish i never went to this place and my watch would have been fine…. My watch’s crown has some dent and dirt on it as well…they completely ruined it.This place is a joke, reallyThe photo is right after Michael broke my crown. He was trying to hide the fact that he broke my crown and tried not to show me first, then he said sorry he might have broken it. Which after 2 weeks they started saying maybe i broke it. I even recorded conversation
